Horrible, rude, sketchy, disrespectful, dishonest customer service ever. Program is a rip off, and no clearl statements of actual charges from representatives, or supervisors. They will contradict any and all conversations you have with. They will call you names, and try to humiliate and belittle you if you call them out on their misguided, misworded clarity of words of charges. Shipping of all products are untimely, and often cannot track. When question this they "say they will credit" your account as if they are going too far out of their way to make what's wrong right, but end up charging it back to you in some way. No actual account of conversations like computer system making actual notations, or a recorded call line. Poor selection of products. Extremely slow response time when you submit a request, which is a contradiction in their own statements. After you submit a request, and they finally answer you back. They will relentlessly bombard you with calls until you sign their rediciolius lease, if you choose not to sign it, they will use threatening words to try and hook you!
Do not use flex shopper I had bought an Xbox one from them they had stated if I paid this Xbox off in 3 months it would be same as cash that stated it would be 417 dollars so I paid on then xbox for 2 months which I paid 230 dollars I called to do a pay off and they had stated if I paid it off it would be 652 dollars so I told them I don't want it since they had broken contract and I got a call stating they would come pick the Xbox up a week later I recived a call saying they were filling charges for me not sending it back after they had told me they were picking it up
I just spoke with Sabrina, and what a nice experience, she took the time to find the printer I had in mind and also explained with clarity the option to go to your outside partner vendors in case I did not find what I wanted in your store. Kind and friendly, good things for a change. A nice experience on my first call. Thank you Sabrina for your time and assistance.
Brian was a very kind hearted man! He was intuitive and witty and knew exactly what he was talking about, not to mention very funny! He is a model employee!
After talking with Customer Service Department, Mr. R. was able to take the time to answer all the questions that made me comfortable in ordering an additional appliance to my account.
Thankfully Mr. Rignal knows Customer Service and I look forward to continue to do business with Flexshopper again.
This was a good option for somebody with bad or no credit. Was able to get awesome Christmas gifts for the whole family. The only con is ,like most finacning options, high interest. They do offer 90 day payment which saves on the interest. Every incounter I had with a representative was pleasant to include Mr. Jair B.
My representative was extremely quick and informational and extremely polite even though I called in the evening time on a Saturday. You don't get too many people who are so polite as Miss Angela J.. I think that was the name I'm pretty sure. Thank you so much flexshopper :-)
I see a lot of us share the same complaint about this company!!! I applied and was told that I wasn't approved and when I hit the chat button and posed my question the agent ended the chat!!!!! I think they should be sued for false advertisement and I know that my credit is not Bad! If the information about my bank account is used falsely and money is taken out it will be a big problem!!!
I applied for and account with them and got denied tried to find out why they couldn't tell me why when they say no one is refused I would not recommend this company my opinion is they are trying to get information on bank accounts so they will have access to your account so that they can get to your money so don't be a fool like I was stay away from them
I needed my limit increased and my representative was able to assist me quickly and was so compassionate about my request! Great service. This is the 4th item I have bought from them.

I accidentally ordered the wrong product, and while they were not able to catch it before it was pulled and shipped, they were able to send me a return label. Normally, when an item is returned, it could take 24-48 (or even up to 5 days) for the vendor to review the returned item and get back to FlexShopper so that they can return the credits used. Since I originally ordered this to run my business and the fact that it had already taken 5 days for the item to ship back to the vendor, I was not excited to hear that it could take up to another week before I got the credits back so that I could order the correct item. Darshawna B. (at FlexShopper) was awesome in assisting me by immediately crediting my account so that I could get my new order placed.
