Horrible company, would not recommend to anyone. They screwed me around for months and did nothing but lie to us.

I made the worst business decision I've ever made in the 15 years i'v been a business owner. After signing my contract getting Steven or Ashley to email me back was and still is RIDICULOUS!! They sent me way to much equipment, needed to return asked for address NEVER RECEIVED a call or the address. When Ashley finely emailed me back I was told she has 1000 of customers. IDK!!! Any way this place has put me in such debt its UNREAL!!!! I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT HOW MANY EMAILS I'V SENT THEM BOTH WITH NO RESPONSE.

Very good experience. The reports are especially easy to use for our bookkeeper. The minor problems we had were likely due to our own lack of basic IT expertise.

Terrible experience. I got setup with First Data about a 2 months ago with absolutely no issues. When I went to begin processing cards roughly a month ago my account had been cancelled without any notification. After calling customer service I was notified that the account was cancelled because underwriting could not verify my address. I was able to get a new account opened and ran for about 2 weeks, only to have it shut down again without any notice. This time, we were processing cards on our site and had numerous customers slip through the cracks because they were unable to buy from us. Not only did this effect our sales, but our reputation as well. First Data stated that our account was cancelled because we were an "unqualified business". On top of all of this, we spent a couple thousand dollars integrating our website and API with First Datas, which will be of no use as we have been removed from their platform.

I have no problem whatsoever with the fact that they do not accept our business type, however have a huge problem with the way they handled the situation. We were very clear upon setup about our business and how we operate, which raised no red flags to the sales rep who pushed us through. Not only that, but the fact that they would shut our service off completely without any notification of cancellation is unbelievable to me. I do not think a courtesy email stating that our account would be shut down, or maybe even a couple days to get setup with another processor is too much to ask.

I have talked to multiple managers at First Data who say they "understand my frustration", but can not do anything. Terrible experience and would not recommend.

This company has been very unprofessional in dealing with our business! Our first transaction was regarding a catering. The funds were never deposited into our business account but our account was still charged a processing fee which a representative said they could not reimburse us for. We have been passed countless times between risk management, security and different representatives and no one is able to help us resolve the issue of releasing the funds that were charged for our services. What is probably even worse is that the risk management department, who we were told have the hold on the funds can't even refund the amount to our customer properly?!

Horrible! Worst company I have ever worked with! Terrible security, my card was jacked my a company IN AFRICA right after I received my paycheck from Dollar General Market. Which, by the way...is my only option to receive my fund as I do not qualify for a bank account. But seriously! Money Network didn't see this as a red flag??? What "security" do they have? Then, I had to go out of my way to get my FDIC insured funds back after mailing my info, calling customer service and waiting a month. My bills were due and they refused to credit my account until they finished their investigation. I have never had so much trouble getting things done through a prepaid card, payroll card, debit/credit card or bank! I changed my username after being hacked and have been unable to access my online account since. The only way to solve issues with this damned company is to call a number that leads to useless *** from people who either have no power or no education in the matter. I literally, no joke, spent hours upon hours in my free time on the couple days I have off of work calling them only to be placed in an insane cycle of ongoing password resets and false promises of forwarding my info to tech support. I kept telling them that I have already done so and just needed a new username or account. They wouldn't listen and kept looping me for about 12 months. I was finally able to get in contact with the administration via email, which proved to be a pain in the (another word for donkey) in itself as they make you create an account with MNCOG just to be able to send and receive their message that they NEVER reply to. It took weeks just to reset my username...only to be met with an error message upon resetting my password as I wasn't given one with the new username and my last one didn't work. First Data and Money Network need to expire. They have been nothing but a nuisance and waste of time and money for both me and millions of other consumers. Not to mention all of the rediculous hidden fees they charge including the .50+ just to use your card at a regular card reader INSIDE THE STORE! If you don't use their ATM (which there a very few of) you end up paying $5+ everytime you withdraw cash! (including the ATM fee) So either way you're paying them for NOTHING! You see the complaints on here? Imagine all of the other platforms people have chose to express themselves on and those who don't resort to social media with their issue...MILLIONS OF DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMERS! You would think that may create some sort of change within this company. Of course not, greed rules all in our world...sadly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NEVER USE MONEY NETWORK OR ANY OTHER FIRST DATA MERCHANTS. You will regret it, I assure you.

This company has been taking money from my account without providing services since May of 2017. I signed a contract for merchant services which included a lease for a credit card machine. I had not seen the machine and actually asked the salesman about this. He assured me it would be correctly programmed for my kind of business (lodging, not retail). When the machine arrived, I could see it was not the right kind, and found out it could not be programmed for lodging transactions. I returned it, cancelled the contract with First Data, and tried to cancel the lease with their Global Leasing, but could not. This has gone on for more than two years, with a total of $3,048 being taken from my account. If I were to choose to pay a lump sum to be done with it, that amount, divided by the 18 months remaining on the contract, is in excess of $128 per month! How does the arithmetic work on that? So, First Data is a rip off. Their customer service is non existent, with good reason. They exist merely to steal from small companies. Please do NOT give them a A+ rating!

Not only do they offer the best rates in the market they give us access to everything we need to get accurate information, accept credit cards remotely and options to run recurring charges for customers who do a lot of business with us. You can talk to a live person who is right here locally any time you need help and they get right on any issues. Highly recommended!

This company is the one that verifies checks written to *** in my town. They declined my check for $264.09 on 9/6/19 even on a second attempt by the cashier. I had no choice but to let the groceries be put back on the shelf and leave at that point. I went to another grocery store and used that very same check and it worked fine. I called your company and couldn't speak to anyone on the weekend or after business hours. I finally reached a live human overseas on 9/9/19 that wanted a bunch of information that I was never asked to provided when writing my check to ***. I asked to be transferred to a person in the United States that I could understand. I was put on hold and then the overseas rep came back and told me that they couldn't transfer me to the United States. I explained to her that if this was a US Based company that she was bound by law to transfer me if I requested to be. She then told me that the company was located in the Philippines and I would have to give them my information to get my questions answered. I told her that Atlanta, GA. wasn't located in the Philippines that it was actually in the United States. She put me on hold again and came back to tell me this time that none of the employees in the United States spoke on the phone only over fax or email and could take up to 60 days for a response. I gave up and contacted *** and explained to the owner why I couldn't do business with him anymore now. I have yet to find out the reason that my check was declined and was very embarrassed that my check was declined. I had plenty of money in the bank to cover a few checks around that amount so, that couldn't have been the reason. I suspect that this will be answered with how there is insufficient information to find my transaction or something to that affect as they have closed others. I have included all of the personal information requested on this form and there are plenty of ways for your company to reach me. I will follow up with this and pursue it further if that happens.

Do not sign a contract with this company! Worst mistake you will ever make. Worst customer service ever, joke of a company!

They stole 8,368 dollars out of our account. I was on the phone for hours a day with no resolve.
