Fungai M was great through the whole process from beginning to end. Incredibly positive personality, extremely helpful, great communication, knowledgeable and patient. Fungai himself is enough reason to switch...... customer service at its best! Additionally: competitive rates, solid established processing company, responsive and knowledgeable customer support team and a virtual processing gateway making sales transactions a breeze. I highly recommend Cardconnect and if possible, request Fungai as your payment consultant, you will be glad you did!

There should be an option for negative stars. I've never dealt with a company with such arrogance. I guess that's their response when your as incompetent as this one is. While trying to process a one time payment that was out of our normal transaction amount for a customer this processing company completely dropped the ball. We were told the payment would take 1 - 2 business day's to review. No problem. Two weeks later after making 15-20 calls and finally a conversation with a Risk Management manager who came up with any excuse to down play their incompetence then said they would not accept anymore large payments to our account and cancelled our Account.
I wrote letters to the CEO and the President, no response I complained to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency and off course a standard response that said nothing.
I really wish they could be fined, They held the $9500 ticket charged my customer but never credited our bank account. They always use the excuse about Risk Management.
They are predatory to small business and bully and intimidate.

Stay away from this company unless you want to deal with a company who doesn't care if your their client or not!

Signed up to purchase a clover system was told instead of purchasing and getting only one year of warranty, the salesman said they have a 36month plan and that would give me 36months of warranty and automatic updates. The 36 months was up in April 2018 and they are still taking money out of my checking account and are telling me I have to buy the equipment out because I was on a lease. I also asked them for a signed lease agreement and they can not provide that to me, go figure.

I am so happy I switched from *** card processing to Card Connect Paradise. The customer service is outstanding and Mandy H is awesome. My profit margin instantly increased....

these guys may have an office in Ontario, but their calls go to a company in Florida.

WARNING!!! BUSINESS OWNERS EVERYWHERE, DO NOT USE "FIRST DATA MERCHANT SERVICES" FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD PROCESSING!!! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER BEEN EXPOSED TO... UNBELIEVABLE. They tricked me by having a person from Wells Fargo come to me to use their credit card processing machine and with proposed rates and I could quit within 30-60 days. Well when I received my first statement and they raised the rates I called and sent a letter stating that I was discontiuing use of their credit card processing machine and nothing happens for a very long time. No letter, no calls no nothing then out of the blue they reported me to a collection agency. Unbeleivable. STAY AWAY DO NOT GO NEAR THEM. TELL THEM WHERE TO GO.

I really found that dealing with Cardconnect was quick, easy and has been lucrative. The rep that supported me through the whole process was Mike B. and he explained everything very well and I really felt like he had my best interest in mind. I would highly recommend Cardconnect to everyone.

I'd like to give them no stars at all. The most rude customer service personnel I've ever come in contact with, when I could actually get in touch with someone.
Constantly giving me the run around and never returning my calls. I no longer and will never deal with this company again.

My account manager has done a great job at helping me out with all of the questions I have had so far. Funguay is a great person to have on my side when I need help at any point.
