Terrible customer service, wait times are terrible, and nobody ever gives me an answer to my questions. We ended up with 3 merchant numbers all of which we are being charged for, one of which they cannot find, and 2 that we never use!! I am never able to get anywhere talking to a supervisor - except that we should just keep paying. Very shady business practices. Not sure how they can have an A+ rating - one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.

Fungai has walked me through every step of the process with patience and thoughtfulness.
He provides a service which in my opinion is rarely seen today. Every problem, every question, every concern is addressed rapidly. Top notch job. I cannot provide a higher recommendation.

We are a chain of fast food restaurants, and we've worked with a lot of companies over the past 25 years, most of which have been less-than-enjoyable to work with. That has been far from the experience we've had over the past 5 years with Cardconnect. They have provided us with very competitive rates and great customer service. Our rep, Dan A, is both personable and very responsive, always getting back to us immediately when we have a question or a request. I'd recommend them very highly.

Very misleading company representation. They called me implying that they were part of my current processing company, and asked to schedule an appointment to discuss new rates and such. When I asked why we had to do that in person, they told me it was new legislation. Upon the two salespeople showing up for the appointment, I realized that I had been completely mislead, and they were trying to sign me up for something else than just revising my current rates.
No matter how good the promised rates seemed to be, I would never do business with a company that is as misleading.
Hey First data, the 80's called, they want their shady sales tactics back.

I only left one star because there was no option to leave zero! Horrible business practices. Quoted one rate by phone, contract contains all different rates. When I canceled, they continued to bill monthly. When I called to complain, my rep would not return my call. When I called a THIRD time, the rep continued to be rude and talk over me. I tried to call her out on it and she got super defensive and became belligerent and hung up on me. Horrible company!

I have been on board with Card Connect for quite some time. Mandy is very professional and will ensure that her clients are satisfied with the service. When I first contacted them I was not happy with my previous merchant. They were overcharging me. So when I contracted with them Mandy showed me how much money I can save. Very happy with their impeccable customer service.
