However, I feel that the structure of the website that adds the free credit tracker trial still needs to be amended so that the individual is not automatically enrolled in the credit tracking service, when their intent of visiting the website was to obtain their credit reportFor example, this could be accomplished by having the user check a box to sign up for the credit tracking service, rather than the box being already checked by default

[The Account *** was opened by *** *, whom I stated that I did not know*** * fraudulently used by Debit Card for services from ExperianWhen my father died, his money was put into account with *** *** *** issued me a Debit Card which I never usedI put the card away and it was never used, therefore I never went online to look at the accountOn May 10, I called *** *** about my account and whether I needed to come into the bank because the account should have been frozenIt is then when I found out the Experian has been charging my Debit Card since May I called Experian to cancel the service and also to get reimbursed the moneyExperian has refused to reimburse me the $To resolve this, I should be reimbursed the entire amount because I did not sign up for this service and Experian should be going after *** * for their money.It is Experian's responsibility to verify the person requesting service is using a valid Debit or Credit card.Since I did not sign up for this service, and my debit card was fraudulently used by *** *, I should be reimbursed immediately the $that was charged to my Debit Card

Experian simply did not provide products as represented in their form letter Specifically, a detailed credit report was not provided I suspect that nearly ten years of mortgage payments and the paid-in-full status of my home in are not reflected accurately by my 'score' alone Experian did provide that After spending several hours talking with Experian Customer Service in the ***, they would do anything in the world EXCEPT provide me with a detailed credit report, even with my $membership. Any payments to Experian going forward will be disputed with my credit card company In fact, for the specific purpose of side-stepping this possibility, I have already requested a new card and number from my issuer to prevent additional fraudulent debits to the account Experian has no authority to collect payment from me going forward Experian is a business with too much power for it's own good with a clear track record of misleading marketing schemes and of cheating consumers like me In response to the last sentence of Experian's form letter, my answer is NO - my expectations have not been met and I do not accept this 'resolution' I refuse the language in that letter, meant only to frustrate someone like me and prevent a typically duped consumer from following up further I do admit and acknowledge there is little doubt Experian is protected legally However, it would be clear to virtually anyone besides their own legal team that Experian fundamentally operates a scam It is especially unfortunate that your advertising misleads and rips off the people who rely on and require the help and assistance they market aggressively.All that was asked for was a detailed copy of my credit report, which Experian claims was provided in their response It was not I wouldn't have minded paying for it, so long as the costs were represented fairly at the beginning of the transaction and/or agreement As a former landlord in ***, I could purchase this information from a third party property manager for $for a potential tenant I will choose that same road to get the information I need.In the meantime, I remain incredibly upset that Experian will continue to exercise without remorse and in broad daylight a fundamental business practice that is outright thievery Unintelligent as my thinking might be, it's such a shame that a company which is virtually household brand like Experian is able to make policy of cheating people and chiseling from the very people who least deserve it It is terribly sad that in this country of laws we should love so much, that we've evolved to become more adept at protecting criminals and bad faith practices of companies like Experian than to reward honest business and fairness

I had signed up for credit monitoring through *** (***) for less than weekThere is no legitimate reason for *** to keep checking my credit (times) over a year period, when I did not maintain a relationship with this company*** was not providing a service to me, as they report, because I was not a customer at the time that they performed numerous inquiries into my credit*** tells me to "read the fine print" that says that they are authorized to access my credit report to perform " services that I ordered." Am I, or any rational person, to believe that *** can access my credit for the rest of my natural life, as many times as they wish, for no apparent reason, even if I do NOT have a service agreement with them and no longer use their services? Perhaps *** (aka Experian) needs to add this information to the fine print with the "service agreement."
