Our records indicate that three complimentary Experian(R) credit reports along with a trial membership in ***(*) Total were ordered on November 5, utilizing a *** *** with the last four digits ***Since the complimentary trial memberships were not cancelled in accordance with the published terms of our offer, the card provided was charged our monthly membership fee on November 14, on each account.Additionally, our records show that you contacted CIC on March 20, 2015, and stated that you are the holder of the *** Card did not open the account in question and believed that the order was fraudulently placed with us by a third party utilizing your *** CardIn response, CIC cancelled the memberships and locked the accounts
Since you believe that the order was fraudulently placed with us by a third party, we encourage you to file a police report and to watch your accounts carefully in the event of other fraudulent use
