For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First of all, *** ** DID call Experian around Decand stated clearly to cancel the membership, and the reason they didn't keep as record could be that instead of cancelling it, the rep tried to offer *** a better price or better package, etcThat's how they make money and to a person without fluent English, it would be misleading and exhausting.Second, the email associated with the beginning of a membership should have some link to activate it, but not just a notice and take it for granted that a consumer will definitely check & accept it.Third, when *** ** emailed Experian in Mayand talk about this, the reply was simply said that there was no record and will cancel it, it didn't even mention a word about the refund.All of the above, along with the $credit report and tiny "important information" on the website, will absolutely mislead customer and grab their money unknowingly*** ** would have canceled the membership if anyone of the practice above being straight forward and considerate for customers.As the records Experian showed, the membership lasted from Decto May.2016, which is totally months and $359.10($per month)The $difference along with Experian's $239.40, are the same money that Experian misled *** ** and took from her pocket, so again we declined it and request a whole $refund.Last but not lease, we can't see or feel and sincere attitude from the reply, especially stating that the $as a "courtesy"

First of all, I would like to say thank you for the refundI completely appreciate it and am thankful. I do take issue with the response. I have wondered if somehow I missed something that was so obvious that I should have seen that I was joining a monthly membership, so I followed my trail to ask for a $credit report again. I was pages in to the Experian website, having given them a fair amount of information about me and nowhere did it mention a monthly membership. I have attached a copy of the last page. It still say $1.04. it is only after I have given my credit card information, buried in the payment details does it mention I am enrolling in some sort of monthly program and that I have to do something special to unenroll. Folks, this is misleading advertising. If what you are offering is of such value that I would want it, then why aren't you actively marketing it instead burying it in gotcha details. I consider my part in this as resolved - again thank youMy only two choices with the Revdex.com was to accept or reject. I couldn't, in good conscience, just accept and walk away. I will continue to watch your site to determine if you will continue this unethical practice or if you will change. I counted on my ability to trust you as an important watchdog of people's monetary wellbeing. I am embarrassed and disappointed to find out that you are running the type of scheme that I thought you were protecting us from
