[I cancelled before, the day after I originally enrolled. This process took almost two weeks. I want the other $plus back as well. It is very convenient Total Credit has a call center in another country it takes hours to get a hold of anyone. This way you have the right to charge a customer again and again because a person cannot reach anyone to cancel the membership in a timely manner. Also, the call center people speak little English, again how convenient to be able to charge fees when the call center employees do not understand what is being asked
