As I stated in my phone conversation with them and in my complaint, I never saw any of the content they claim was there before I submitted my credit card information. I only saw the $charge. If I would have seen any of it, I would have never agreed to even buy the credit reports, because they are not worth to us that much. I am only disputing the monthly charges. They are fraudulent, since I never was aware of the fact that I signed up. And when I called on the 28th, I specifically asked for both memberships to be cancelled, several times. I didn't trust them and called back again on the 30th and sure enough they continued their deception, the membership was still active. And this is the company who gathers information on us and provides it to creditors, it's very bizarre and scary. They are a crooked business. They should be investigated.They need to make these terms clearly visible for an average user. I am not a lawyer or expert who knows how all this works. If I can't see it, I don't know about it

To be more precise, I remain uncertain whether my complaint has been resolvedI did receive an email from Experian saying that my account was cancelled, but it STILL said in the fine print at the bottom of that email that I would continue to receive emails from ExperianWhen I responded to that email for clarification, I was told they couldn't give me further information

Our records additionally indicate that a membership with Experian CreditWorksSM was started on September 9, The membership was not canceled within the trial period; consequently, the Visa card on file ending in was billed our monthly membership fee on September 18, 2016, and for each following month Our records further indicate that a FICO(R) industry score one-time purchase was made on September 11, The charge was refunded on September 19, 2016.Additionally, our records show that you contacted us on March 19, 2017, stated that you are the holder of the Visa, did not open the account in question, and believed that the order was fraudulently placed with us by a third party utilizing your card In response, we cancelled the membership.Since you believe that the order was fraudulently placed with us by a third party, we encourage you to file a police report and to watch your accounts carefully in the event of other fraudulent use.We have, as a courtesy, issued a refund for the membership charges of the additional membership, an amount totaling $153.65, on March 27, to the *** card ending in *** Please allow - business days for these funds to process to the credit card account.
