Our records indicate that a complimentary Experian(R) Credit Score along with a trial membership in CreditReport.comTM was ordered on October 13, utilizing a Master Card with the last four digits Since the complimentary trial membership was not cancelled in accordance with the published terms of our offer, the card provided was charged our monthly membership fee on October 22, and on or about the 22nd of each month thereafter
Additionally, our records show that you contacted CIC on September 25, and stated that you are the holder of the Master Card did not open the account in question and believed that the order was fraudulently placed with us by a third party utilizing your Master CardIn response, CIC cancelled the membership
Our records indicate that as of September 29, 2014, Master Card has accepted your fees, an amount totaling $

However, I do not accept the company's explanation for the reasons itemized below:From Experian: "Our records indicate that you enrolled with Experian Credit
TrackerSM on May 7, 2015, and followed by a request to cancel the
membership on May 17, A welcome email notification was sent to
the email address you provided at the time of enrollment
"This welcome email (attached) contained no details as to the terms of the membership. There is nothing indicating the price, period or renewal terms. So it was of no use in notifying me of any automatic or continued membership, or the cost thereof

expectation or our standard of excellence" We feel it is important to

"The company seems more concerned with misrepresenting the product and then making it as hard as possible to get a refund. Before the Revdex.com complaint was received by them, their last email to me (attached) stated that they would issue a refund only after I 1)waited until my next bank statement was available and 2)I sent a copy by mail or fax to themBased on the response of the representatives on the phone and the emails, their first priority was to discourage me from trying to get my money back. The basis of this complaint is that the terms and price were never disclosed to me. I came to the "$credit report" page via the 'annualcreditreport.com' website, and had no knowledge that I was signing up for anything other than a one-time report for an one-time charge of $1.00. Experian needs to troubleshoot the notification that they are claiming and make sure that it is functional no matter how a customer navigates to their site. I would request that the company acknowledges the details of my complaint, apologizes for their mistake(s), and promises to try to remedy these issues for future customers. As it stands, they have not earned my trust or repeat business
