Hi, As we stated before, at this time, our customer service manager determined that we will NOT be deducting the $45.50 and you WILL be paid the $45.50.Before a sell order goes through there is a box that you checked off stating that you will be liable for anything that happens to your card. -CardCash Customer Support
I am rejecting this response because:Cardcash claimed that I sold fraudulent cards, but do not provide any evidence on their bold and false claim. I have receipts of all the purchases of these gift cards. Cardcash did neither provide with any information on the cards they claimed fraudulent nor do they send those cards back to me. It seems that they used up my “fraudulent” cards and just walk away without saying anything.

I am rejecting this response because: 1-Your respond stating:“We do not originate cards, we do not cancel them.”I’m just trying to understand the real meaning of those words. Is that means you do not have control on what you selling after 45 days? In this case why on your website FAQ you have the following statement:Do gift cards expire? Most gift cards never expire. Due to governmental intervention most merchants removed any expiration date from their gift cards.I believe in my case, we can call that an “EXPIRATION”. Why don’t you before selling a product to us, having a policy ensuring that whoever using your services, stands behind their product in respect to your business name.2-Also your statement of:“We have our 45-day policy in place as we are a secondary gift card market.”In this case, why don’t you VERY CLEARLY stipulate on your website that the TOTALITY of the gift card amount MUST BE SPENT within 45 day? Because after 45 days there’s a possibility that the customer can lose the gift card balance (basically that what I’m having now). Why you want the customer to do the experience and get to the point to where I’m standing now? I’m pretty sure, that happened before.I’m not challenging you, but I’m trying to understand the logic behind your response. An honest and clear explanation (not the same pre-written text that I’m getting over and over again in each correspondence) would be much appreciated.
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:It is not my Fault that Card Cash purchased gift card from crooks to then sell to the public. You need to do a better job at screening people in order to avoid this type of Fraud. You sold the cards to me with $0 or Invalid and therefore you are responsible on getting me a Refund. You can go back to the person that you purchased it from and pursue legal actions against them. If you do not do that, your business will not be around for long. Expect a Refund as originally requested.

I am rejecting this response because: I paid $41 for this card and in turn received $7!!! That is not risk vs reward, that is theft!!! My money shouldn't disappear once your magical 45 days is up. You make it sound like I'm placing a bet and hope it works out, absolutely not! If this was such a safe way to make a purchase I'm wondering why hundreds of reviews on the internet show that money disappears off the gift card after the magic 45 days is up, perhaps because you are selling fraudulent products and stealing money.
