upgraded product for the difference in price.We have also offered a full refund in lieu of replacement, allowing the customer to keep the installed product “as is.”

We appreciate the customer’s feedback regarding the installation in 2007. The recent inspection report states is not an installation nor manufacturing defect, rather are the site conditions causing the issue. The customer is welcome to have their own independent, certified inspection and the report would be reviewed for any warranty defects.

I am rejecting this response because:they claim I didnt clean new carpeting every year thats riduculous I goggled how long a carpet should last and the answer is 10 YEARS a cleaning company told me emoire gave me defective carpet I want the 1 room and stairs done they want to charge me 1,400.00 to replace thats unexceptable also I looked up all the complaints on empire there are thousands how can the Revdex.com stand behind a company that does this to trusting customers

The local office attempted to contact the customer by telephone several times in May without response; finally mailing a letter on June 1st. We would be happy to replace the bedroom carpet and under layment (padding) at the customer’s earliest convenience.

We appreciate the customer contacting us regarding their concerns.   Inspection found the flooring to be poorly installed, as such we fully replaced under warranty at no cost to the customer. Replacement was completed on September 28th. We thank the customer for their feedback.

Service was completed as agreed on Thursday November 17th. The customer also remitted payment for the open balance.  We thank the customer for their feedback regarding their order.

After reading their agreement they want me to release and discharge them of any further guarantees on the carpet. This carpet came with a guarantee and I will not give this up. I purchased the carpet because of the guarantee and now they want to do away with it? They can fix the carpet that is worn out but I will not sign a release that will null and void their guarantee.

when I receive the check I will close out the complaint. I am totally being ripped off with what they are paying me, however, I am not in the best of health and can't keep fighting with them.

I am rejecting this response because: I feels though with Empire I have been treat unfairly. This has to with more then just the bathroom in my master bedroom. The salesman you send out people who down on families with smaller homes thinking they cannot afford nice things. I’ve been treat poorly by the salesman and giving the run around about customer service. Kenneth [redacted] has been great toward me and my family. I’m still waiting on fair price for window treatment. I’ve contacted the  manufacture you guy use for your blinds. The blinds you guys used are sold at Loews with the same quality that’s used by Empire Today. This was told to by your manufacturer.
