I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI was left a voice mail by a *** *** on Friday 1/15/I have since then left two voice mails for him since then to set up a time to have him come outAs of now I have not received a return callI'm willing to work with the company, but it's not going to be when they feel like getting someone out here to look at itThen say well it's wear and tear as the time goes by.
