I am rejecting this response because: before we submitted the contract/paperwork we were told that the shutters were ordered Now that we have signed the contract we received a call and email that states we need a remeasure on our windows When we first measured our shutters, we realized the error and the man doing the measurements redid the paperwork and measurements for shutters and not blinds Due to this issue we were definitely contacted quicker We are currently waiting for a call back to discuss the issue of remeasuring for shutters We have called times on different days and finally left a message earlier today, 4/20/and have not received a call back We will also be sending an email to the person who has taken over the account, who actually has been very helpful Besides her help we are very disappointed that we have been waiting for our shutters since February 15th,

Today, Orlando office, Xavier ***, (1-866-588-x ***) contacted me at
3:pm after I called and emailed him around pm checking to see why I hadn’t
heard from the inspectors that were supposed to be here todayHe told me
the Installation Manager ad gotten too busy and his schedule got backed up and
he wasn’t going to be able to come over todayI argued with him for about
minutes about how I had say home all day using another one of my vacation days
sitting home waiting on Empire Today just to have them cancel at the END of the
dayA vacation day for me is equal to $gross out of my vacation paySo
that is over $they have used of my vacation pay so far on no showsHe
tried to blame me because I couldn’t tell them how many tiles they needed to
order to fix their poor workmanshipI tried to explain to him that it was hard
to tell which tiles would have to be replaced because so many were laid unlevelled
I suggested they relay the whole floor so that it would be done correctly and
he said that would not happenHe wants to make another appointment but I’m
afraid to take another day off of work and have them not show up againMy employer
does not like us to take days off with short noticeI have counted the tiles myself and sent an email to Xavier with the number of tiles I hope will cover what is neededThis is not what I wanted because I'm not sure how many will need to be removed to make it right but if that is what it takes to make it move forward, then I have done itI want Empire Today to order the tile and install on November 20th or 21st which are my days off so I will not miss more time from workI would like a credit of $for time I have had to take off from work

We had Empire today come and put carpet in our bedrooms and basementIt was a great experience from all endsCalling the 800# to schedule an appointment, the salesman coming and helping us find which carpet was right for us, to the guys who installed it! What a WONDERFUL job they did! I was really impressed how quickly and efficiently they worked! Will DEFINITELY use them again for future flooring replacements!!

The general manager met with the customer on February 23rd The area in question is the stair landing on the stairs leading to the basementCarpet abuts laminate at both the first floor landing and the basement landing Although this does not appear to be manufacture or installation
related damage, we have agreed to schedule an installer to perform a one-time courtesy replacement of the full set of stairs with new carpet
