I am...
rejecting this response because: An inspector did arrive and deferred yet again to another individual. This is a material problem with substandard flooring materials and substandard installation. I'd really like to see this issue resolved before the end of August. Deliver new flooring material, allow it to actually acclamate and then correctly install it. Problem solved.
Sincerely,
Gerri [redacted]

Revdex.com:I am still disappointed in the response from empire.they did finish installing the carpet but I had to change plans...
for them to install on Saturday. I received Small credit.the service rep said it was my word against the installers because she was told I asked them to leave which was a lie.I would have gladly let them stay all night if that's what they needed to finish the job.the installers that night said it would be an additional 2-3 hours nervous it was completed when actually it was an hour.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: How is cleaning my carpet going to fix an issue of wear? My carpet is not dirty. It has been in my home one year and there are only two people in the household. It's not like I have 6 children who run in and out all day. My husband and I are old. We are not doing aerobics on the carpet. I only have company a few times a year (or less). I really don't understand how cleaning the carpet will magically make it better.I am willing to have them clean the carpet, if this is what they want, but I still want the carpet replaced if this does not solve the issue. I truly expect that cleaning the carpet will not solve the issue. So before they clean the carpet, it should be understood that if this does not fix the issue, they still need to replace the carpet.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

this response because:
THey wanted me to pay 1500.00 to have new flooring installed. I should not have to pay for anything. We were made promises and blatantly lied to by the salesman and installer. We asked specifically about this issue and we're assured it would be covered if we ever had an issue. Paying more is unexceptable.
Sincerely,
