We appreciate the customer contacting us regarding their concerns. Service was completed as agreed on August 15, 2017. We thank the customer for their feedback.

response from the business.)
I accept the refund due me but I am not satisfied with their business methods or resolution. If someone had made an effort to call and sincerely apologize that would have helped. Not once did anyone even offer an apology for having put me in a precarious position with the salesman. Then to have the charge kept on my account for days over the agreed upon and allowed maximum is unethical and bad business.

We have spoken with the customer and offered to replace the
affected area at no cost to the customer. The customer accepted this offer, and
the replacement will be scheduled at his convenience. We appreciate the
customer’s feedback and look forward to amicably resolving this matter.

I am rejecting this response because:  I would like to know when the business has contacted us. They contacted me once and told me that they will call back to schedule someone to setup a date. Regardless, they agreed to fix the problems and they should be fixing it as the while floor is sqeaking everywhere and even with one year labor warranty. When they sold us this product they quoted high quality workmanship and lifetime warranty on the hardwood and it dents on a drop a remote . This is regular wear and tear that we are talking that is not up to the mark. I want them to tell me what their lifetime warranty supports because right now,. I have a product that is sqeaky all over and the dents and chips very easily. My 18 year old contractor grade hardwood in my kitchen where the wear and tear is more has held up better than this hardwood that is just 4 years old.
Sincerely,

We appreciate the customer contacting us regarding their concerns. The local office computed the cost for the hallway entrance which was not completed, $150.00. We have offered to complete the service, but the customer declined. We are refunding the $150.00.

We have spoken to the customer with regard to the stair replacement; the risers would be the same material and color of the flooring.

A new 15 foot piece of carpet was ordered for the bedroom in question, and replacement scheduled for July 23rd. The installers arrived as scheduled, however the customer was not at home. After leaving several telephone...

messages and waiting an hour at the home, the installers left the job site.

We would be happy to reschedule the replacement at the customer’s earliest convenience.

I am rejecting this response because: No credit has been applied as of now to our account. As of last week we'd heard about $500 being credited, my wife reached out for clarification that this was for the services provided.  They were also checking with the installation manager regarding the broken television.I am not accepting 500 as resolution as it does not address all of my concerns.  This impacted 3 work days for my wife and I (not only waiting the first day and installation day, but the day following installation since they worked from 4pm (approx) until 5:15am (actual time they pulled out of my driveway).
An appropriate resolution that I will accept accounts for the inconvenience of the experience and SEPERATELY replaces the tv they broke by piling items into an area that the tv was moved (so it wouldn't be broken).  I will accept 500 for the misery of the experience as a discount for product & services ONLY if they agree to replace the tv in addition to the $500.  Otherwise I will not accept their resolution as satisfactory
Sincerely,
