warranty on all installations. As this was installed in 2012, the labor warranty lapsed some time ago and we have offered to repair for a fee. The customer has not replied to voicemail messages to discuss service.

I am rejecting this response because: Yes they installed it after I already Lost a Complete Day of Work, in addition to paying my staff for them missing a day, and finding...
additional Childcare for my children. I personally lost over $1,200 for missing the day. I know to a Big Company like Empire that is small peanuts but to me and my family that is huge. The problem is not just the scheduling ordeal. Its the run around leading to the install as well. The No communication from Empire to Customer. This matter will not be resolved until I am either compensated for my time lost or have one of my other rooms completed at no charge. I planned on doing another 3 Rooms with Empire. I have already looked at about 50 complaints between [redacted] and [redacted] after this whole ordeal about Empire and I am sure I can gather enough for a Class Action Against Empire for Unfair Business Practices.

I am rejecting this response because:
The original "offer" to fix the floor was for just over one thousand dollars. Empire Today's "discounted" price was just over nine hundred dollars. A grand savings of a discount of just over one hundred dollars for a floor that did not live up to its promise by its sales people. Also, NOWHERE in the contract does it state damage done by normal wear and tear. See you in court!

I never got anything from them on the paper it was all verball but them again I paid money for carpet to be installed perfectly and not to pay every few years to be stretched
