Elite Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

I had terminated my service contract with my other provider and had enlisted Elite Heating Cooling and Plumbing. Elite made an offer to provide a free initial service of our HVAC system as part of their promotion to secure our business. The office staff contacted me the day prior to confirm my appointment and I received a call the day of service advising me the tech was on his way. This was pleasant news as they were earlier than scheduled. The tech was personable, polite and I didn't feel like I was getting "hustled". His examination of our three systems was done in a timely manner and I received a copy of his service report via email. I am so pleased with their service that I will be signing up for their service contract.

Excellent and prompt service. Technician very knowledgeable and respectful. This was my first experience with this company and will now be my permanent choice. Very highly recommended.

Jesse was WONDERFUL. He explained everything in terms I could understand and even tho he said I would be needing a new air conditioner (bad news, but expected). He was patient and kind. I would recommend Elite and Jesse to anyone who needed service or a new unit. In fact I will be putting it on our Neighborhood Web today. A great experience!

Just had my annual a/c checkup with Alan F. As always, he did a thorough job and explained what he found in my 14-year old system, both good and bad. Most importantly, he did not try to sell a new system. He said wait it out until it fails. He is an honest, friendly gentleman who represents an honest company
