I've been with Elite A/C for over 4 years and bought an AC unit from them and I've never been disappointed with their service. Service technicians are honest and always arrives when scheduled. Barbara calls every 6 months to schedule maintenance. Mauro was our service tech this time to go over the AC maintenance. He arrived as scheduled looked over our unit, vacuumed and washed out some dead leaves that was inside the unit, and changed out filter. Just awesome service to all at Elite AC. Thank you
Elite's pricing for a replacement HVAC system was in line with the other quotes but what won the business was Alan's professional manner, full explanation of what and WHY he was quoting the equipment. He didn't try to "up sell" me or pressure me into anything. I checked with a customer of theirs in my complex who has had their system a few years and he had nothing but good things to say about Elite's installation and maintenance service.
Jesse came today to do an annual service and was so professional and courteous and responsive. I couldn't be a happier customer
I have had Elite Heating, Cooling and Plumbing maintain my A/C and furnace for several years and will continue to do so. I always get a courtesy call to remind me of service due, I get called to let me know they're on the way and the work has always been done in a timely, professional manner. Office staff and technicians have always been very professional, efficient and thorough. I highly recommend this company.
Elite cares for our rental homes in Las Vegas and they do a wonderful job. They have replaced several ancient AC units within 24 hours and, at least once, within 8 hours. Their prices are great and they've been generous with the discounts. Their annual maintenance program is a real deal.

Elite installed a new HVAC system approx. 18 months ago. It is an upgraded Trane model and runs beautifully! They have continued to perform the spring and fall checks and their team is very responsive and knowledgeable. Our last tech, Alan, is a case in point, He was on time completed his work quickly and suggested that we install a quick start package to prolong the compressor and save energy. We have taken his advice and will see how it performs. So far Elite has been a great contractor to work with!
Alan has been to my home each time for "spring' and 'fall' maintenance. Each time he is so impressive, knowledgeable and helpful. Alan is awesome !!!

I have used Elite since 2011. I think their customer service ( Especially Sharon in the office) is impeccable.
Excellent customer service, their staff are reliable, on time, and very good about informing us of the problem and the work done. We have used them for heating and plumbing for two years now and never had a problem.
We've been customers of Elite for about 3 years now. They are responsive, efficient, professional and give you as much information as you need. We recently had our heating and cooling system replaced. We were very impressed with how quickly they responded to us. We would highly recommend Elite.
I called and with in an hour and half they showed up. Friendly and went to work.
Found the problem showed it to me.
Gave me the price said and done.
During the repair he smelled a gas leak,
Found it and repaired it no cost.
The leak had been there since I bought my house . A small small leak but all the same.
Clean repair had no problems.

Bait and switch with elderly couple.
Bait and switch with elderly couple. I asked the service man to take pictures of the unit before he started to work. He took approximately 12 photos and handed the camera back to me. As a disabled vet with vertigo I am not able to look up at certain angles and limited on climbing a ladder. After the service man was finished he climbed down and told me he found a duct disconnected and it needed to be repaired; I asked him to show me on the photos he took. He immediately told me he didn't take a picture of that, I asked why and he said he forgot.
Typical bait and switch.
Complete refund of 260 dollars
We do apologize to the customer but there was no bait and switch. The bottom of the unit and transition were not sealed and leaking air. It not something you can see from the top of the furnace unit in the attic but due to the furnace being so close to the attic hatch you can see it when from the ground looking up at the unit. This was pointed out to the customer and he seen it and agreed it needed to be sealed up. he work was completed the unit is sealed up just like what was promised. A couple days after the work was completed.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The service man was asked to take photos of the attic and the unit...after the service man's gave the camera back to me he continued to work on unit. After 30 minutes or so the service man came out of the attic and told me about the problem I asked if he had taken pictures of it so I could see it he said no that he forgot. The response indicated I saw it, that is a lie as I can not look up at the angle the furnace is at nor can I climb a ladder due to my disability as I told the service man prior to him working, that's why I asked for the photos.
Simple bait and switch, period.
The customer had put a complaint into the *** Contractors board and they closed the case due to nothing being done wrong.

That was THIER opinion. They didn't even investigate the matter all they did was review my documents. If they called the business to discuss with them and didn't with me then THIER fiduciary responsibility sucks.
It is what it is bait and switch. There is a photo the vendor took of the area before he said there was an issue and I do not see any issues with the equipment coming apart.
We have used Elite for the last 10-12yrs to service our A.C. and Heating units. They have always been thorough on their service, professional and great customer service. Very accomodating as far as appt times, they give a 2 hr window and call to let you know when they are on their way. Great customer service and very reasonably priced.

Good service and great PR. We had our air and heating installed a few years ago did wonderful job very neat and clean. About a year ago we had new hot water tank installed did great job and very neat. I would highly recommend Elite to have any work like this done.
Great staff, honest, respectful, on time, work done correctly, fair pricing, cleans up well after they are done, answers any questions honestly.
