Elite heating absolutely is the BEST AC company in Las Vegas. I had gotten several other estimates, they were DOUBLE what Elite quoted!

Elites service tech, Jairo, was professional, explained everything to me in a manner I understood. He checked EVERTHING, and did such a great job, I was very impressed. On time, polite, kept work area neat, honestly a10 all around! He repaired 2 units, and saved me thousands, as my unit was very dirty, coils, and blower motors.

As a single senior, female, it was heartwarming to find such an honest and reliable company, and as I said, the employees were kind, courteous, and patient. Thanks to Nick also, as he was my first contact with Eliite. I highly recommend Elite and am thankful to have a company that actually CARES about the customer! ð??

Called the office due to a plumbing installation problem.( Not involving Elite, but a different vendor) The service man came the same day and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and the fix. Wrote a detailed explanation which we shared with the builder of our relatively new home. Thank you Elite. On 7/16/17 we had a new unit installed. Since then we continue to have issues - unit as of 7/25/17 still not working, and took our money.
Elite installed a new *** air conditioning unit on 7/16/17. Since then unit has been working on and off. I have a tenant that is pregnant with two little ones and issues are not being fixed.

My experience when they changed my AC out was great... They came the evening that AC went out and gave us a temporary fix than came back the very next day early in the morning and replaced the whole AC unit in under 3 hours.

Alan was on time, very friendly and professional and very helpful in letting us know what the problem was and the possible problems we'd probably encounter in the future.
