Elite Heating/Cooling/Plumbing is A+ in my book. They are great at scheduling regular fall/spring appointments to make sure Heat and AC are working. More importantly, they recently walked me through a solution to a heating issue instead of coming out and charging me a service call for something that I actually was able to do myself. They were patient and kind as they had me try a basic "re-booting". Thanks Elite!

THEIR COST TO BE IN LINE OR BETTER THAN OTHER COMPANIES. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND ELITE TO ANYONE.

This is the third time that we have had Elite help us with our plumbing needs. Sharon was responsive in letting me know when Chris was coming. Chris took care of everything. Our toilet was leaking from the seal and he fixed it. He made sure that the toilet was working correctly before he left and found another leak from a different area. He found small hair-line cracks in a plastic part. How he did that was amazing. He needed to purchase the part, so he returned the next day. He finished in a short time. He checked again, and all was OK. Chris is knowledgeable, professional, and was a blessing to us.

Elite is a fantastic company. They put in our new air conditioner 2 years ago and we had 2 years of free summer and winter inspections. They are courteous and professional. Johnnie even changed our filters. All the office staff is pleasant and sincerely interested in providing good service. The field and office personnel are friendly, honest, and most importantly, the best at their jobs that you could ever want. I recommend all of their services for new products, repairs, and emergencies.

I had to have a water heater replaced over Thanksgiving Weekend I called the office Friday morning and talked with Sharon. She was polite, professional and well informed. She scheduled a plumber to respond to the house. Pete the plumber arrived at the house 15 minutes before his scheduled time. Pete was also polite , professional, well organized, and efficient. He had everything he needed in his truck and replaced the water heater in less than an hour. He did a great job..I was very pleased with the way I was treated and with the service provided.
