We had a hot water leak under the kitchen in our post-stress slab. Pete was able to pull a wirbo hose through the leaking 3/4" copper pipe and was able to avoid jackhammering up the kitchen.

I was very satisfied with Elite because they called to remind me that it was time for my service of the both summer or winter of the service appointment and on the day of service they called to say the time they would arrive. They performed all the maintenance in a timely and professional manner and left me a detail report of my equipment.

Elite was on time for an inspection of heating unit. Ken was very knowledgable, polite and ready to work. He resolved an issue with a heating unit that a competitor installed. Made me wish I never heard competitors name. So vey happy with all the service, past and recent, that Elite has provided for us.
