Elite has taken care of my AC and Heating Unit for many years, this latest service call was for my "summer" tune-up. Jake was very personable and performed the service very quickly. He found that the run capacitor was near the lower operational range an recommended replacement.

JR our tech. was very complete in his evaluation of our AC system. Found no problems with it. suggested because it is 15 years old it will need replacing sooner than later. He explained our options. We are very satisfied with his service call check-up .

I purchased an air conditioner two years ago and has never worked properly and was installed horribly
First I purchased the *** air conditioner in July 2015. It was installed horribly wrong with copper wiring hanging out of the wall. The air conditioner didn't work properly and there was a huge hole on the outside of the building due to the install. I told them about how unhappy I was and that the unit wasn't cooling properly. After about a year they finally took the copper wiring off of the outer wall to the house. They told me that I have a faulty air conditioner unit and to this day I have no air condition after paying 9500 dollars

Elite Heating and Cooling came to our home to do an annual check on our air conditioner. The technician that came was Ken. He was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need and answered all of our questions, which were many. This valley needs more businesses and employees with great customer service like Elite Heating and Cooling and Ken.

Very professional, came in got the job done with no problems. We rec'd many bids and really liked the fact they followed up with us. Great experience (hard to find in LV area). Would recommend them to anyone who is looking for air conditioning/heating needs.

Our hot water heater broke on Saturday , it was put in 6 monts ago by different plumbing company that insurance company sent. Elite services our air conditioner and heater twice a year so I called them. They sent Pete that day he was fabulous, we had to wait until Monday for new unit because warehouse was closed on weekend. Elite need a great job and will use them again

We purchased an air conditioner, air purifier and furnace back in 2009. I've had nothing but good results with these items. I call for yearly maintenance and cleaning for a nominal sum.
