I am rejecting this response because: That's an odd response considering you sent someone to fix itIt does appear to be fixed, however due to the cold weather I have been unable to test the systemI will be testing it within the next few days and will update the case after I have done so.

The information provided by DrHorton is not accurateWe have been being told for the last couple months that we needed to provide dates in which to have them come in to resolve outstanding issuesWe provided have provided those dates, took time off work and the dates came and gone with little to no work being completed. #We still have tape on the walls left from closing.#They came out and burn the driveway pits our still visuable and cracking is occurring on the sides of the drivewayWarranty request re-submitted. #We have been hearing that the fan would be corrected for months.#When purchased the property sod was to be laid property line to property line and that did not happen we are missing a line of sod in the back and a line on the side. #The wires have been hanging there since initial walk through. ###When drapes are moving on windy days and the windows are difficult to open and close it is unacceptable. #Been sitting in garage for weeks or more along with other product that was sent incorrectlyWe are not a storage facility. #Superintendent does know about the ticking and we were promised they would correct the issue since it's a known issue in this layoutThere was never any mention of not being covered under warranty.#We still have tape on our staircase from where they cut a whole in wall without any paintSee attached picture. #Spoke with *** from the manufacture of the April Air system and he said the system that was put into the home is not large enough for the square footage of the homeSee attached pictures of the mold on the filters requiring changing every 2-weeks.#Been told no date for completion.#Was told that the flooring was not allocated in the location prior to installation which has caused the larger gaps in the floorSee attached pictures.#No one wants to take ownership of this issue. #Been in garage for weeks or more without date for completing. We expected resolution that is reasonable for us as the customer for the outstanding flooring, April Air, Lights and Windows and a date for outstanding issues to resolved.

I talked to *** ***, Superintendent, of D.RHorton at my home on Thursday, September 17, and he talked to *** *** of D.RHorton on the phone and they told me the landscaping company would be out on Friday, September 18, They did not show up on Friday or Monday, September 21, My wife talked to *** *** on 9/21/and he told her he wasn't really in charge of our problem and to call *** *** My wife talked to *** *** from D.RHorton today (Sept22, 2015), who referred her to *** of *** *** and was told by *** they don't even have a work order yet (9/22/2015) We were told by *** that they would give us a date and time they would come, but without a work order, *** can't do anything Everyone is giving us the run-around because they are busy with year end closings of homes.The other point is that *** said he had talked to my husband several times and that is not factual

After several attempts to contact Mrs*** she returned a call to granite vendorStating she was out of townWe will schedule a meeting to address the seam upon her returnThe granite in question can not be one pieceIt is not available in the lengthWill reply with any corrective action once

An appointment is scheduled with the homeowner on Friday December 9th to install additional support that will alleviate the sag and unevenness in the kitchen subfloorOur Production Manager and other building team members will be on site for the December 9th appointment to develop a plan of action for the remaining uneven subflooring in the upper levels of the homeOur Production Manager has also agreed to repair the damaged concrete driveway areas at our next concrete pour, weather permitting

Good afternoon, There is no need to take action. This is a landscaping issue. The home had closed in fall and the sod and seed have not had the time to “green-up”. Our field staff has given the homeowners the proper information and confirmed that there are no defects with
this yard. It is considered the homeowner’s responsibility to establish and maintain their yard. Therefore, there is no action needed on our part Please let me know if there are any questions Sincerely, *** ***

In reference to the above, we have instructed the roofing company to go back out to the home and inspect the flashing in this area. We plan to have a representative onsite to make sure corrective actions have been made and the problem rectified. We are waiting on a schedule date

Please accept this correspondence as D.RHorton's reply to the Revdex.com withregard to the above referenced complaint.We located the issue, a plumbing fitting lodged inside a plumbing pipe under the kitchen floor.We are breaking out the tile and concrete to remove the fitting and the
section of pipe and willreplace the section of pipe and the concrete and tile and then we will clean the houseWeatherpermitting, the work should be completed by the end of this week, 1/29/

A warranty service representative has reached out to to the homeowner and left a voicemail to schedule an appointment for us to look into the customer's concerns

In October 2015, the buyers Mrand Mrs*** entered into an agreement to purchase the model at Camp Chapel. At the time of the contract the buyer was made aware that there were additional homes to sell and that we would need to utilize the existing model they purchased.
When they signed the contract, the also signed an addendum agreeing that the closing on the model home would not occur until days after the last home sold in the community. Since they purchased the Company has continued to market and sell homes and only have homes left to sell. Also during this time the buyers went through the loan application process per the contract. During the loan application process they were informed that they would need to sell and close on two homes in order to secure a loan. Also, as a condition of the loan process, an appraisal was ordered and performed on the model home. The buyers were informed by our sales representative and the mortgage company that the value came in less than the sales price Per the sales contract the seller can chose to lower the price ad close the home or to not lower the price and cancel the sales agreement and refund the buyer’s EMD. As the Seller still has homes to sell, we had yet to make a decision on how we would proceed. The sales rep who sold the home was moved to a new location in April but was still taking care of his backlogAs our last two homes will be completed in July, we have decided to work with the buyer and allow them to close earlier and not have them wait the days after our last saleI have placed two calls to the buyer and have yet to hear back from them as of today. I will make another attempt today. We plan to send the buyer a settlement letter to let them know the good news. We really were not aware that they had to get out of the agreement or wanted to get out until the recent letter.
