I am
rejecting this response because:
Regards,as I explained this has been a problem that was going on for years but was not visible as the water was seeping under aluminum wrap and vinyl siding and was not visualized until the header started to rot and weaken after sitting in the water. This is a strict alternative deficit on both our house and other neighbors hoses that DRHoton has to have been aware ofPlease respond

We have visited the *** home and have repaired the window that caused the leakThe replacement flooring has been ordered and should be installed by the end of next weekWe are sorry this has occurred and for the inconvenience that *** *** has experienced

Mr *** Most of our homes are started before they are sold, therefore building them in the order they are sold is not possible. All homes are built on a schedule starting with the foundation through Certificate of Occupancy. Homes started first will be finished first unless there is a special item a customer wants in a home that has to be ordered and delays the build. We understand that you may need a home finished prior to our ability to finish the home. If this home is not going to satisfy your needs, we are willing to let you cancel your contract and obtain a full refund of your earnest funds. Please let me know if you would like this option THANKS *** * *** *** *** * *** *** D.RHorton Inc., "America's Builder" *** ** *** ** *

We will be performing the stucco maintenance on her home week after next as the stucco company does not have an opening in their schedule until then. Thank you *** *** Warranty Manager

In response to Revdex.com complaint *** I was in contact with homeowner 9/A warranty claim has been made on the items at the request of the homeownerDR Horton has scheduled an appointment to have these items repairedThank you, *** *** Customer Service Assistant/Warranty Coordinator D.RHORTON America’s Builder

Citizens Dispute Counsel has requested that the parties attend a mediation and same is scheduled for September 12, However as a point of clarification, Ms*** has indicated that she is self-employed and did not lose her job Instead she lost a client and does not qualify for a refundWe hope to resolve this matter with our customer at the upcoming mediation Thank you, *** *** D.RHorton, Inc

D.RHorton apologizes for any confusion; however, the customer selected an upgraded cabinet at the design center not the model home. This upgrade was for color and pre-finished specifically. The customer also viewed a similar cabinet in a model that is 8+ years old. Some of
the features that the model home has are no longer offered as an option nor upgrade. Their contract states an upgraded cabinet color, consistent with what is installedTo avoid situations such as this, we place signs in each model that states that items and/or products including the actual plan lay out may not be available due to selection and code changes. The buyer/homeowner was not charged for the additional options and again what was purchased per the contract is what was installed in the home Currently, we do not offer an option for the items he is requesting

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
We were contacted today, Dec4, in regards to our countertopThis is 60+ days after we put in the warranty request to have it fixedAs for the front porch and driveway, our request was denied because we were past the warranty deadlineHowever as I stated in the original complaint, we have been requesting this to be addressed for several monthsSo this issue is not in the works with our warranty departmentWe are once again demanding that both the porch and driveway be re poured properly and up to code so that they do not spread away from the houseIt is not good business practice or ethical to continue to push back a warranty issue until the warranty has expired and then contact the homeownerThis is unacceptable!

We are performing an irrigation usage test currently at the *** home. Once completed, which will be on 8/26/15, we will follow up with the results of our findings. I did visit the home and found there was quite a bit of standing water. We should have some clear direction follow my testing *** ** ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute. Is the manager of DR Horton reading my responses, I am NOT satisfied, if I was I would not have an outstanding complaint with the Revdex.comI am not sure why she continues to submit the same response as though she has not read my compliantThis is my last attempt, if a resolution to my standards is not met we will take this matter to the judicial sysytem for resolutionThis is the worst company I have ever worked withI will make sure that DR Horton is exposed for the fraudulent company they areFor the last time, I want my driveway and front porch to be torn out and re poured to Colorado's construction standardsIf you will not accommodate that then We will bring a lawsuit for fraud. Lastly, my name is *** ***, not *** ***
