I am rejecting this response because:I constantly reach out to the customer service manager/warranty manager, *** ***He refuses to provide me with the information that the subcontracted companies have provided him because he is lyingHe is saying that they found no water damage when in fact they did; we have machines in our house for days and we have VISIBLE water damage behind our baseboards (that are still off and *** *** took themthey have yet to be replaced)We have VISIBLE stucco cracks outside on the 2nd floor with the length of over inchesI can physically SEE THEM with my eyes and so did the leak detection specialist*** *** is stating they are smaller than inchesclearly that is a non negotiable FACT that they are longer because I can SEE THEMThis is ridiculousIt's unprofessional, irresponsible and illegalStucco cracks over inches are abaccording to *** and the leak detection specialist that *** *** *** sent out. The specialist told us the cabinets have moisture damage SPECIFICALLY related to these abover inch, stucco cracksWe have water in our electrical outlet which is dangerous and could potentially light out house on fire*** is lying and saying that he is provided no information from the company in one paragraph and then his next paragraph he is saying he does not have to provide me with their report; which one is it ***, do you get information from a company or not? OF COURSE YOU DOEverything is documents and how else would you know to fix something if the company did not give you information? The leak detection specialist told my husband and me that these cracks are due to very low quality paint with no weather proof layerHe said the entire house needs to be re painted with the quality paint needed and now the cabinets need to be fixed due to the moistureI want this fixed ASAPif I need to get an attorney, I will hold *** *** responsible for the fees associated with this caseRespond accordingly

I am rejecting this response because: There is clearly an construction issue with the mix of the concreteAs well as damage and stains left behind by the builder I attempted to clean the stain using a light duty power washer The power washer is eroding the concrete A light duty power washer (under psi) should not be cutting into the concrete I have filed a complaint with Manatee county and they will be inspecting the driveway I'm also hiring an independent contractor to inspect the driveway as well If the county and or contractor confirm that there's an issue with the construction/mix of the concrete, I will be moving forward with a lawsuit if ** *** continues ignore the issue

We refer the customer back to the email sent on Jan23rd that clarifies the dimension requirements (1/inch in width, not length) for warrantable coverage of settlement cracks, as well as the offer to send a *** *** representative to the home to discuss the cracks and applicable stucco maintenance

I have spoken to the fiancé Mr*** *** and told him that we are waiting on the landscapers to get out to the property to complete the repairs on the yard. Due to all the rain we have had in the past weeks in Greenville the landscapers are very behind. Once I have an update on
the repairs I will inform the owner and I will also update his *** account with all the info needed

Hello *** This customer did not purchase the home from D.RHorton, the original purchaser closed in 2005. *** *** purchased the home in from a bank The one year builders warranty for the original purchaser expired in and is
non-transferrable If they feel they have a structural issue Adrian can contact RWC as the year structural warranty is transferrable however, it would have expired on the date of close of escrow (08/31/05) for the original purchaser this year Thanks *** *** ***

I met with this homeowner last week and at that time majority of the repairs had taken place. The rear and side yard sod had been replaced. I agreed to replace the front yard of sod and rework an area on the slope of their rear yard while onsite. The customer service rep and
landscaper have been in communication and the repair is to be complete by end of next week Thank you, *** *** Customer Service Manager- Carolinas Division

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.The reason for the rejection is because they are just giving jargon to try and cover their butts, when I first moved into the house on October 2014, I was assured that the pile of debris and tree roots would be moved immediately but it wasn't this led to my house almost being flooded, which I talked to the project contractor about still they didn't remove the pile, it was only after a year when they decided to build the house on lot that they removed the pile and in doing so pushed dirt under my fence which in turn caused more flooding of my back yard after months of calling and complaining they finally came out and did a botched job in resolving the issues , while in turn busting my neighbors sewer line which flowed in front of my house and property causing a horrible smell, and its been this way for a while, also without letting anyone know the company has changed the people who we need to call and contact so when calling the people like *** and *** they are saying "well im no longer over that area, so after finally meeting with the guy that is over the area now *** and informing him of the issues in the neighborhood they have still been moving extremely slow, we are going on the years in the house and the work is still not done and that is unacceptable, Now as far as the neighbors with issues I think its funny how they made sure to say within the last days well the people I have spoken with are just fed up with the inactivity and the downright disrespect they have gotten from the representatives of D.RHorton and some just don't know how to go about getting their issues expressed in the manner in which I am doing soI really feel that it is a sad day when a company can't and won't stand behind their product , when we all were buying they were so nice but now that there are problems we have become a nuisanceSo yes I still would like a regional representative to come to Mobile and see what is going on in the *** *** and understand that their company is doing some piss poor work on some of these homes

Horton Homes Service Technician) came to the propertyBecause of the enormity of the services required, he promised to bring his supervisor along in two weeks to resolve the matter once and for allToday is December 20, 2017, there is no call and no correspondence from this person nor from anyone from DRHorton HomesThese have been their behavior/practices - promises made and promises not keptIn fact, messages have been left for him with no response.Hope you will not let them continue to evade their responsibilities and contractual obligations.
