The issue with the driveway is that it is disintegratingIt has nothing to do with cracks in the jointsArea construction manager viewed it on 9/26/with no resolution at this timeOther areas may have same issue if pressure washed

D.RHorton disagrees with the aforementioned homeowner’s allegations regarding his “requests” for over years. Contrary to his correspondence, *** ***, our Operations Manager has been in communication with Mr*** for some time now. In regard to the complaint, D.R Horton
will agree to adjust the screen door, as it is in good working condition and will agree to repair the stucco around the base of the door. The response is factually incorrectI did view a home at the Brio community and the Symphony community However, before we did the pre qualification I expressly stated I wanted Lot Travis printed out the lot plan/specifications which clearly state Lot He told me that I could not go into the house on Lot that day because they were constructed next door Lot sits across the street from the sales office He pointed to the house and said that one He further circled it on the site map I went home that night and did the qualificationTwo days later when we were approved I called the sales office to put down a depositIt was at that time that the other sales person told me that the price was differentThis is not a situation in which I was mistakenThis is a situation in which we were told one price and at the last minute we were told anotherThere is no mistake in the lotsThey attempted to scam us and then blame us We did the pre qualification per their instructions for Lot and always lot I have all the documents with Travis' writing

I am rejecting this response because:This complaint was not just in reference to the HVAC unit but multiple issues which still have not all been resolved** *** still has yet to ever make contact with me by phone or through email despite me emailing the CEO and emailing multiple other members of their company for resolutionThe site maintenance manager is the only person we can get in touch withThe HVAC company One Heat and Air has replaced the furnace, the ventalation system and is scheduled to come and add more return vents to the unit and balance the air flowThe company did provide Sin compensation for the overages in electric due to the HVAC unit being installed improperly and mildew/water build up within the units ventalation and plenumTo say these repairs were done due to a mishap in sizing is a gross understatementIt was an installation error that should have been recognized earlier not months after calling and more thatn visits to our home for diagnosisThe repairs are almost complete and we have seen an improvement in the air quality/smell of the homeWe will not be able to actually test the unit to ensure it is working properly until this summer when the temperature increases as it is December 12thHowever the mildew smell has discipated from the home. The carpet was replaced the day before Thanksgiving and the vendor did an excellent job. Outstanding repairs still being waited on:Dishwasher is leaking and still sticking when we try to close itIt has now caused damage to the side of the cabinetI believe this is water damage? We are still waiting for someone to come out.Trim has not been reattached to dishwasher from previous visitDue to the time we have waited to have the dishwasher fixed I believe there is more damage and this trim will ultimatley be useless as the whole side of the cabinet is now coming off and warping. Backdoor has still not been fixed we are waiting on thatThey attempted to fix it but damaged it during attempted repair and frame is split. Gap in between wall and shower ceiling has not been fixed ( Dry wall was cut to shortit was taped and painted over to disguise error, with use the moisture caused the tape to fail)New issue: warranty being placed on garage entrance wood door which is stickingThe door actually stuck shut requiring us to go out the garage (car) door and through the front door to unstick it and re-enter.It seems to me the house was built and is slowly being rebuilt which I think is a silly way to do businessI still do not understand why a ** *** representative has never contacted us regarding the issues we have had. I cannot accept the businesses response because all repairs have not been made to the homeWe are still waiting. Regards,

Mrand Mrs ***, As I read your response, I realize that we could of handled your situation differently I so so apologize for any miscommunication and how everything was handled, and at no way would we ever want to disrespect you and your wife I have addressed the situation with Ms*** *nd Ms*** on how they could of better handled and taken care of you and your wife throughout the home buying process At the end of the day, this was not a good experience for you, and we learn from these type of experiences!! We strive for 100% satisfaction, but unfortunately, we failed in this situation We take situations like this serious and as stated previously, have addressed this situation with both sales counselors Your refund has been expedited and was sent out Thursday, 6/9/FEDEX overnight, signature If you do not receive it, I would like to be notified immediately!!!
