The *** Family:
We had a consultation with *** about the remodel of our bathroom. One of the nice things was the time he took to learn exactly what we wanted. He asked us very focused questions, getting clarification on the areas which were important to us. He clearly listened and understood based on the solution he provided for us.
He went over the details very carefully and took the time to make sure we understood what we were buying and how it met our needs. We learned so much about the process which we clearly had not realized and *** was so patient in answering all our questions and addressing our concerns.
We were extremely comfortable with the way he answered our questions and we really liked how the presentation was tailored to fit our needs. *** is very professional and goes the extra mile to help everyone understand each step in the process. Myself, my wife who is in a state of Dementia, and our daughter who takes care of us was there as well. *** and I asked a large number of question and he answered every one of them. Even my wife was engaged in the presentation. He heard and responded clearly and in plain language to every aspect of this process until we were all clear and on the same page.
Another pleasant surprise is that he is always available to answer any additional question that we have. We know, and he has proven he is just a phone call away! After the presentation was completed we were all so impressed and felt so comfortable that we added the other bathroom to the contract as well. We need to express that he did an outstanding job in handling all of our questions and concerns, while making it very comfortable at the same time.
We would highly recommend that if you are considering any type of shower/ bathtub change that you reach out and talk to *** first. You will learn a lot and be very happy that you called him.
Thank you,
***, *** and ***
Very happy clients
We're so thankful for the kind words and feedback. Thank you and let us know if there's anything else we can do to help.
I have always found DaBella to have timely and courteous service. The estimate process was informative and the options were explained to my satisfaction. When it was time for installation, workers showed up on time and any problems were settled in a short time. When job was done, clean up could not have been better.
We love that we get to improve your home further with this roof! Thank you for the kind words and we appreciate you, ***.
This company has good products and services to offer to the customers, good price
Thank you for choosing DaBella and for the kind words!
and *** Dabella was one of the companies that we asked into our home to redo our shower area. The Dabella representative *** was very professional and easy to work with. We ended up choosing to work with ***.
He provided straight forward and detailed answers to all of our questions. In order to make sure we were happy with our choices he took the time to build a visual representation on his computer pad of what the final job would look like. We strongly recommend that if you are considering a shower or tub remodel that you met with ***. If you are looking for straight forward and complete answers *** is your guy.
You got one of the best working with you on this one, ***! *** is one of our most compassionate representatives and is super knowledgeable, so it's no wonder you found your dream bath. Thank you for the recommendation and we wish you the best.
and *** came up to the house and found them to be quite courteous. They were both very professional and easy to work with. They were able to solve all of our problems and explained everything to where we understood it. We are happy to be working with them and would recommend them to anyone. *** and

We're so happy we could find your dream roof for your home. We'll see you soon to get it installed. Thank you!
I was looking for some siding to be put on my home, I'd gone through couple places for comparisons. Their salesmen came in and were friendly and experienced. We had gone thru everything including picking colors. Then I asked to see if they offered military discount and they called their supervisor and they said yes but it was only valid while they were there, once they left I couldn't use it. So I made the decision to use thier company for siding.
Their product is top of the line and also comes with a 50yr transferable warranty which helped sell me on the siding.
We set up delivery time and day, it didnt show so I called and was told it would be the following week.
I met ***, team lead, and told me his guys would be there next day. Well it didnt go well from the start. One of the guys brought their 11 yr old son to the site 2 days in a row so I contacted *** to inform him of this and it was taken care of. Then 2 days in row I smelled alcohol on one of them. While their time here they messed up on the vents for under the house, some of their trim work was bad, they tried to hide an area where they didn't have siding, they were out front of my roommates room cussing and talking about other jobs they hadn't been paid for yet and the had damaged my TV cable by putting nails/ staples thru this.*** was informed of this. ***, who is the closer and hires the contractors, knew of this as well. I kept asking if they would take care of my cable issue, *** told me they would send ***, the team lead they ended up firing, to come out and fix it. I told them no, I dont want him at my home. We needed to make an attic access and get up there to fix my cable because the access I had was covered up, that was on both our part to have it covered. There was a solution yet I kept calling, *** was the only one to answer and talk to me for 4 weeks. *** told me he would contact ***, their boss, to see what could be done. I tried calling *** and left 2 msgs, *** tried what he could and no call from ***. It boiled down to me paying $200 for someone to come out and make an attic access out of one of the vents at the gable end of my home. I called *** 1 more time and he answered and told me they will NOT pay me back for the money I spent for the access to get the tv cable fixed that thier installers damaged. I will say that *** did find someone, not his friend as he said it was, to come in and finish the job. Funny part about this, I knew the guy who he found and fixed all their installers mess and finish the siding. So I'd highly recommend their product but NOT their installers
came to our home and gave us a wonderful quote with a ton of experience and knowledge. We were very comfortable with him, and are extremely excited to order our new shower. He answered every question and was very patient with us, so thank you
No problem! We're glad we were helpful in our estimate and will continue to be as helpful as possible as you get your dream bath. Thank you.
In July 2017, we purchased all new windows for our home from Reve Exteriors, now DaBella Exteriors. We were told that all windows had life time warranties. In March 2019, we had difficulty opening one of the front windows and once opened, it wouldn't close properly. I (***) phoned Reve, and found they had changed company names. I informed customer service of the problem. On May 17th, I spoke with ***, who told me someone would be coming to the house to determine the problem. On May 30th, *** came and removed the window, said that it had been installed improperly, took pictures, and said it would be replaced. On July 8th, *** called and asked if it had been taken care of. I told him 'no', we were still waiting to hear. On July 16th, *** called me and said it was under warranty, had been ordered, and would be in stock in a couple of months. I called *** in September and he said he'd get back to me. I called him October 10th and he said he'd call me on the 11th. I called him on the 17th and he said the window was under warranty. I told him I knew that and asked to speak to his supervisor. He told me to call ***, which I did. *** called me the evening of the 17th and said the pictures *** took in May showed that someone had tampered with the window. I told him *** said it was installed incorrectly and that I had already been told the window was under warranty, would be replaced, and had been ordered. I haven't heard from anyone since. When trying to reach anyone at this company, the customer service line goes to voicemail. If I call *** or *** directly, the answer is always the same, "I'll get back to you." And they don't.
I just want the window replaced, as we were told it would be in May and again in July.

and *** explained the whole process very well. I knew nothing about the roof and with pictures I could plainly see I needed a new roof and also that the materials and craftsmanship would be top notch . What really sold it was the excellent warranty offered. I feel very good about this purchase. The financing terms were perfect for my situation as well!!
We're so excited to get this started for you so that you can enjoy your dream roof. Thank you for your kind words!
Ata from DaBella did a great job with finding out our needs and wants and making them a reality for an upgraded beautiful bathroom shower. Highly recommend!
We love this and we cant wait to get this done for you. Thank you!
Dabella was hired to install vinyl siding on or about 9/5 and arrived without the 48.0 hour notification they were coming so the house could be prepared. They arrived on 9/4 without notice and without a disposal tub for removed materials. They violently ripped off the old siding damaging every window in the house and the Sheetrock and when I arrived home on 9/4 to find them here, windows damaged and asked for someone to come out they sent a quality manager with whom immediately began to tell me my windows were installed incorrectly and it was not their fault. I disagreed and they pulled their workers off the job and said they were not doing the install after they realized they could not bully me. I then reached out to the sales man *** who sent me to a gal named ***. *** gave me the name of a director to contact with the name of ***. In speaking with *** on Wednesday 9/5 he stated he would send the team back out the following day on 9/6 so I took the day off and no one arrived. On 9/6 I notified *** again he stated they would be out on Friday and work through the weekend, for me to not worry they would make it right and yet again they did not show so I’ve now taken two days off, they were no shows then I get a call they are not returning till Monday and they’ve left my yard a mess, materials all over my yard ruining my grass and still no dumpster to dump materials. The installers when they did show up through their cigarettes all over my yard, no one came to walk the fence damage, window damage, lights damage and they left materials all in my yard for three days to which I had to call for them to come get. Then with all the left over materials they proceed to tell me I owe them more money for additional materials and wanted me to sign a new contract . I declined any such thing and that was on September 24, 2019 after multiple conversations with *** to fix the damaged fences, Danes lights and the incomplete foyer, window damage.

Hello ***,
Thank you for returning our call yesterday and speaking with my general manager ***, we look forward to seeing you on Friday October 11. at 4pm to go over your concerns.
Customer Care-
Dabella has refunded 2500 dollars to accommodate for the damage they caused and did not charge for extra materials they said they used, issue is resolved finally.
and *** came by and gave us a quote on a new bathroom and energy efficient windows for our recently purchased home in Beaverton. They gave us a very fair price and came in way less than what we had been previously quoted! Professionalism was 10/10 and showed us all the options to fit our budget along with the needs of our home. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to do the job!
We love how we were able to show some great options for the bath and windows that you loved! Thank you and we appreciate this feedback!
and *** represented DaBella in a very professional manner and showed me their product, I know when I’m ready I’ll choose DaBella as my contractor of choice. Highly recommend both of them.
And we'll be ready for you when that day comes. Thanks for the feedback!
BEWARE OF DABELLA'S FOR TUB/SHOWER WORK. This company works like a time share company. They us high pressure sales tactics, won't take "no" for an answer, start high for the cost of material/labor and then drastically reduced the estimated cost by thousands of dollars. I may case, they quoted me $12,800 for my shower project. When the salesmen arrived at my home they said that their presentation and estimate would take between 60 to 90 minutes. After 4+ hour of their sales pitch and a couple of calls to their boss they reduced the quote to $9,300. The salesmen stated the removal of my shower ceramic tile/pan and installation of a acrylic surround/ pan would only take one day. WOW, $12,800 ( later reduced to $9,300 ) for ONE day of work is outrageous.
I asked for a quote from DaBella and the sales rep went through contract paperwork, but never said it was a contract. He went through the documentation as if it was a quote document and financing approval if the work was to be done. He never covered the state required 3 day cancellation and the final page that detailed the 33% charge for cancelling after the 3 days was never shown or gone over. Then, yesterday the supply company just showed up while My wife and I were gone and delivered shingles including nailing boards into the roof! They never called to confirm or schedule this drop of of supplies or agreement of start date! I’m still getting quotes from other contractors and was only given a window of when they would be able to start work. This morning it started to rain and due to the nails the supplier has driven through my roof I now have water coming into my attic. During the inspection that DaBella conducted and from another roofing contractor no water damage was seen, and it had been raining for several days prior to DaBella going into my attic. Their representative who had admitted to being a roofer previously did not see any water or mold issues. I've contacted and been trying to get DaBella to take their supplies prior to finding that now I'm going to have to worry about water damage due to their poor communication and lack of care for a customer who hasn't even had them conduct any work on their house yet.
Hello ***
Thank you for meeting with my General Manager last night. I am glad we were able to resolve all matters.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

A DaBella representative named *** came to our house and explained why our widows were leaking and how DaBella window could save us money, also the difference in quality and less expensive windows. We will be forever grateful for the time he took going over the details of how their window are constructed and how they work. We will be buying our windows for our new house and some hopefully for our current home from him and DaBella. Thank you
Your energy bill will feel just as relieved as you are! Thank you so much for the feedback and for trusting DaBella with your home.
So sad to tell you got this company does not stand by what they say I tried to tell them over and over again that there were things wrong with my roof people did not call me back from the office all I got was we'll take care of it it doesn't really look that bad it's not that bad. When this roof was first put on they left the valley flashing overhanging my roof like shark fins extended way out over the gutters. Their fix was to call the contractor who did the roof to come and cut them he cut them with tin snips it looks like it was done by a three-year-old all Jagged edges will cut you like a razor looks horrible. On one part of my roof they piece together three separate pieces looks like leftover merchandise from another job told me it couldn't be done any other way finally I had to say okay to that all I asked is that they came and fixed what they said they would now they're just offering me $500 and I'm taking it because I'm sick of dealing with dishonest shoddy work people. Also some of my tiles are already pulling off from the wind where they're sticking out way over the edge and the wind grabbed them and their adhesive is not sticking. Everyone that has come to look at my roof in my family and my friends and the neighbors all think it was done horrible and would never use this company I agree with them fully thank you for listening to me please be very careful when dealing with them.
Hello ***, we are sorry that you feel less than satisfied with your new roof. We were under the impression when the project was completed that you were happy. When you contacted us regarding the valley flashing, we sent a crew out to correct the issue. We trimmed the end section you referred to, and the overlapping pieces on the roof are due to the angle of the roofline.
We understand that your rain gutters are not completely compatible with your new roof. While we do not do rain gutters, we were happy to offer you $500 towards replacing them with new ones from a company of your choice.
We’d love to answer any other questions you have at 855-322-3552. Thank you.
Horrendous Windows. We ordered 9 new windows. The windows did not arrive when they were scheduled to. We have had to have 3 of our 9 windows replaced and one if them has been replaced 5 times already. 5 of the locks dont latch properly so we are not able to lock them. We have had three of our Neighbors ask us who we had and we tell them NOT to go with DaBella. Worthless windows.
Had a similar experience to what others have said -- high pressure to decide right away, inquiring what other bids I'd had, calling into a manager for "approval" on a discount, products that could only be guaranteed if I said yes that night. It had an air of used car sales. But honestly, I was ok with it. I signed a contract for a product I was happy with at a price that may have been higher than average but I was swayed by what I felt would be a quality installation. Their rep suggested I could do the demo myself to save on the bottom line, and I agreed.
Then I got a letter in the mail saying they were sorry I had to cancel my project. My contract was no longer valid and that any payment I had made would be refunded. No explanation why. Calls to the rep who met with us went unreturned, despite promises to call on a certain day and time. A call to their corporate line yielded no answers. They had no information on why it was canceled, but I did eventually get a call back from someone at their office. They said the issue was that I was doing the demo (which their rep suggested). Since I was getting rid of the siding myself, they couldn't test it for lead (spoiler alert -- my house, built in 1890, is going to have lead paint). I asked what the concern was if the siding was going to be gone by the time they started work. Their explanation was that the siding might have contaminated the soil when I tore it off, and that I would need to test the soil for traces of lead. So that they could install siding. Are they concerned their crew is going to eat my dirt? It's total nonsense. They clearly simply want to get out of the contract; everyone in my city has lead and arsenic in their soil from an old smelter that shut down 30 years ago, and yet somehow people manage to install siding without anyone succumbing to lead poisoning. The rep asked me to get a quote from an abatement company on soil testing and he would call me back the next day with next steps. To no one's surprise, DaBella has not called back.
My suspicion is that the rep who met with us, who is new, underbid the contract (at least by their standards) and now they want out. If they don't want to perform the work for the amount I signed a contact for, so be it. I've filed a dispute with my credit card to reject the deposit that they needed when I signed on the dotted line. I'm done with them and recommend others find a contract that will stand by their word. If they can't honor a contract days after issuing it, what are the odds they are going to stand by a warranty down the road?
