My husband and I made an appointment for a consultation and ended up ordering all new windows for the house. *** did an amazing job demonstrating the quality of the windows and is highly knowledgable about the products and industry. We are looking forward to having new, energy-efficient windows with a warranty that exceeds industry standards!
Then you've come to the right place! Thank you for reviewing us and we'll be in touch to begin the work.
and *** Over the past week we have had several conversations with the DaBella representatives, namely *** and ***, Throughout the week these two, in various conversations, were polite and respectful. These two were easy to talk with. They understand and acknowledge the homeowner's perspective on major projects. In addition, they are extremely knowledgeable about their products. We had many questions which were patiently addressed. At this point we are looking forward to working with DaBella and their product in the coming months. We plan to offer an update as the work moves forward.
We look forward to the update! Thanks for recognizing us and we look forward to continuing that high level of service throughout your project.
Working with *** to design my new walk-in shower was a pleasure. She arrived on time, was professional, and took the time needed to find out what I really needed for my safety. *** explained all the materials that would be used and even showed me samples. She even explained how low maintenance they would be and easy to clean. Even when I hesitated about the price she continued to work with me and bring the project within my budget. I know *** was at my home longer than she should have been but I will be forever grateful she took the time because I will now get the bathroom I want and need.
Hearing feedback like this is awesome! This is what we want every homeowner we help to feel, whether we only do a free estimate or do their entire house. Thank you *** and we'll see you soon to get started.
I spent 3 hours with the DaBella representatives learning about their product, installation and their warranty. They helped me review my personal situation, the pros and cons of doing a roofing project and they made it affordable for me to agree to the deal on the same day (even though I was not pressured to do so). It was a very good experience. I plan to follow this review up with an analysis of how the product installation and longevity go in a future review.
We look forward to hearing from you when that happens. In the meantime, we'll continue this good streak. Thanks ***!
and *** were true professionals they came in and demonstrated their products which are superior to their competitors. Additionally I appreciated them making it affordable to fit my budget
We're glad we could make it work for you folks. Thank you and we'll be in touch to get started!
was amazing at showing us the showcase of products that Dabella offers. He was very upfront and friendly during his sales pitch. He was never too pushy and was able to get us everything we wanted with our siding. We are very excited for the work to begin on our home and we are confident that we are purchasing high quality products.
He's one of our veteran representatives that has taken care of many homeowners, so we're glad we could show you that same service so far. Thank you for reviewing us and we'll see you soon to get started.
They sent an aggressive, intimidating sales woman to my home today. Totally spooked my wife with her double talk and mumbo jumbo and had to have confirmation she was there within 20 minutes from some "Boss" out of town. Follow up by the boss on the phone equally intimidating and aggressive. I'm a General Contractor and have never heard of this company. Quick *** search shows they occupy the #1 slot as a Revdex.com listing with 64 complaints. I've never seen a company with that many complaints.
Hello ***,
I believe there is a misunderstanding, please let me explain Our company does employ canvassers that have a permit to go door to door speaking with homeowners about possible home improvement projects (i.e roofing, siding, gutter, window & bath replacements) In your case, a friendly young woman who works for our company did come to your door and spoke with your wife about a free roofing estimate for the following day. When anyone agrees to an appointment with our company( i.e. such as your wife)We have our confirmation department call 20 minutes later to confirm and ensure that the time set works for both you. This gives the homeowner who set the appoinment time to contact their significant other or spouse. When our confirmation team reached out to your wife 20 minutes later she said, "that she needs to cancel the appointment as she is not sure when she will be available for an appointment also that she will have to discuss the offer of a free estimate with her husband".At this time we cancelled the appointment for a free roof estimate and placed you on our "Do Not Call List".Had we know that you were also a General Contractor we more than likly would not have proceeded with scheduling an appointment.
Our company has done over 25,000 home improvement projects in 16 different markets covering 6 states. And while we strive to make every single customer happy, you (being a General Contractor yourself) understand that misunderstandings occur. We work very hard to resolve each and every issue and strive to make 100% of our customers happy.

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
Apparently you haven’t noticed the 64 complaints ahead of me with the Revdex.com. I simply wish to warn the uninitiated as to your sketchy door-to-door practices.
Sincerely
Met with *** to go over our window situation in our home. I was very pleased with the pleasantness and professionalism of the meeting. I appreciated the fact that he understood my hesitancy in purchasing the windows at this time. Through exploring the many versatile options available to us (*** was very patient) we landed on what I feel is the right set of windows that is well within my budget. I look forward to the installation and will again give a review at that time.
We're happy we could find a solution for you, ***. Thank you for reviewing us!
and I are very pleased with the roof and the workmanship. Everyone was very open and honest we couldn’t be more pleased. *** and *** were very thorough and helpful. They did miss a few nails in the drive way but that’s the way construction goes. I would recommend the product to anybody that needs home improvement work.
Thank you Dabella
Thank you for bringing that to our attention. If that hasn't been taken care of yet, please call us at 855-322-3552. Thanks again for reviewing us.
My experience with *** has been simple he was knowledgable on everything from assessing what we needed and carefully walking us through the process. Excited to be getting a new roof
We're excited to get started as well. Thanks ***!
Jin and Cece came out to show us their windows and we were impressed to learn that they offered the most efficient windows we found. They also have high-altitude options which is exactly what we were looking for. We are excited for the project and recommend Jin and Cece to anyone looking to replace their windows!
Those windows are the real deal when it comes to energy efficiency. We hear about significantly reduced heating/cooling bills immediately after installing them. Thank you so much for reviewing us.
my experience with *** has been fun, and enjoyable, knew his products really well.
Thank you for the kind words!
This was the worst experience we have ever had with a contractor. The process began in June 2018, siding, fascia, and soffits. After several delays, the work was finally done in October 2018. We were very disappointed in the quality of workmanship and contacted Jordan and Jennifer in June 2019 to rectify the problems we were experiencing. Again there was one delay after another with resolve the problems with the fascia. Finally, in December 2019 they sent someone out who addressed half the issues we were having. After total frustration, we hired another contractor to complete the work they refused to acknowledge their responsibility in the matter. We will never consider DaBella again.
BUYER BEWARE! If we could give this company a zero rating, we would. A friend recommended this company because they needed financing. We met with them on a Wednesday evening (Oct. 30). They wanted to give us a 45-minute “dog and pony” show, and my hubby had to be very insistent that they leave and come back later because he starts work very early. On the Saturday following (Nov. 2), they presented us with a non-stop show of their top-of-the-line products for three hours - much longer than 45 minutes. We were told we needed new gutters and facia boards all around. They did not listen when we repeatedly told them we wanted to get other bids and see what our friend’s roof looked like before we made a decision. We told them we found on the Revdex.com website 63 complaints within a 3-year period of which only 26 had been resolved within a year’s time. *** replied that they had no unresolved complaints. Also, they told us their Revdex.com number, starting with a ‘1’, meant they had owned the Revdex.com number longer without any company changeovers and that made them better than the other companies. They kept telling us to use an open mind about the price of the product which they never told us until signing the contract. We were told they gave us a “special” rate – only if we signed TODAY, and were asked to not tell our friend what that was – which we did not until after we canceled. We liked the product so we signed on their tablet. We asked if we could have a paper contract, and they said they had no way to print it out. So we asked them to email it, which they did. (Our friends never got a copy of their contract with the buyer’s right to cancel until December 18 – after their roof was being installed - because we told them they should have gotten a contract via paper or email.) The next business day (Nov. 4), we turned in our Buyer’s Remorse form primarily because our friend told us his rate and it was almost the same as what we had been given! . Our house has two layers of roof, and is 800 square feet. Our friend’s house is 2800 sq. feet and had 3 layers and needed gutters, facia and had dormers. We later received a letter from DaBella (Nov. 18, postmarked Nov. 15) stating that our contract was no longer valid and had been cancelled their system as though they were canceling us, and not acknowledging that we turned in the Buyer’s Remorse My wife received a call on Monday, the day we canceled, from *** wanting to know why we canceled. We told , DaBella was too expensive and Steven was too pushy. He then said he had less expensive products, and could he send a quote. We said they could send one via email, but that we did not promise to consider it. Then we got quotes from 4 other roofing companies. All said our gutters and facia board were fine. In fact, our facia board is covered by siding, and the gutters are not rusted or anything. The roofing company we chose went up into our attic, inspected all the wood, etc., which DaBella did not. The company we chose also quoted a price for the same exact product that was several thousand less that of DaBella’s lowest price without gutters. We are very happy we avoided doing business with DaBella.
DaBella replaced my roof in August 2019 and set up my loan for payment through 1st Security Bank of Washington. It wasn't until I tried to refinance my house that I learned the bank loan is a lien on my house. I was told this was a simple interest loan so I am now forced to submit a Subordination Request to the bank and pay them $200 for processing which will now delay my refinancing process an undetermined amount of time. If I had known this was a lien, I would not have entered into the contract. Even though I believe the roof to be of high quality, the methods used to lead me into the contract are bordering on a scam operation.
Hello ***,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

These folks go door to door aggressively pushing overpriced roof replacements that are not needed, and seem to especially target the elderly. One of their sales reps subjected my 88 year-old father to a two-hour hard sales pitch to convince him he needed a $23,000 new roof (way over market), even though there were no leaks or problems, AND my elderly father has a reverse mortgage! Our family would have been stuck paying for a new roof on a house the bank owned. What kind of sleazebag outfit does that? DaBellas does.
If someone comes to your door offering to repair a problem you didn't know you had, send them packing! That is not how reputable businesses operate.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I'm sorry to hear about that appointment. While we were likely responding to his request to an estimate either online or to our canvassing team, it's not how we do business or train our staff and I am in the process of investigating this to find out what happened, so we can correct it. Can you please give me a call at *** at your earliest convenience so I can get more information from you to expedite the process?
Someone at Dabellas invited me to call them at *** for more information so they could "follow up". They left no name. That phone number is the Dabella general information line, and sent me to voicemail immediately when I requested the receptionist. The offending sales rep was a younger gentleman named ***, out of either the Eugene or Portland office. They were doing door-to-door sales, and over the course of two hours of sales pitch persuaded my father he needed the entire roof replaced even thought there were no problems, no leaks, nothing. I spoke with my father on the phone while *** was there and instructed him to get ***'s card so we could discuss further. *** stayed another hour after that until he got the contract signed, knowing this was not the family's wish. He demonstrated a complete lack of ethics, but that's what you get when you send sale reps door to door and pay them commission.
Thanks for reaching out, ***. That number is to our Customer Service department, not any specific person. Also, we have that voicemail system so that we can get back to you, but we've received no voicemail.
Please call that number back so that we can find your father's file and have some context. If you don't get to speak to anyone, please leave a voicemail so that we can call you back. Our office is open from 8am-5pm on weekdays. Thank you.
I have paid in full. We contracted with DaBella for a new roof, came with free gutters with leaf helmets, new soffits, fascia, new siding and four (4) new windows. DaBella has work to complete on my project. Replace roof soffits at vaulted ceiling areas to provide adequate joist bay ventilation; repair/replace damaged gutters; install gutter helmets; replace siding at new window to match adjacent trim sizes. Each of their subcontractors seemed to damage new work from previous subcontractors. They keep telling me that they are going to complete the work, but it has yet to be done. At the time of hire, they indicated that they have their own subs, but, the roofing subcontractors were not professional roofers, working at night and piecing the roof, rather than doing all at one time! Very few workers spoke English, so very hard to communicate with them. Trash was not removed in a workmanlike or professional manner and there is still trash on the side of my house from the roofing work that was completed. None of the workers seemed to grasp what DaBella was contracted to do other than their specific task.
Hello ***,
I apologize with the delay of finishing your project.
As of yesterday, all matters have been resolved and your project has now been completed.

I purchased 7 windows including the patio door at DeBella. The windows that was installed in the first week of August 2019. The 3 windows were not installed correctly. They do not close completely and therefore they are not secure. The other 3 doors had screen doors broken. I was told that they will come to fix the storm doors and replace new veneers for the windows. I tried to reaching out them the business directly. They kept saying that they will come but they never contact to me. So I had to call and text message so many times. I trusted them and would like to do more project if they treat me with respect and honest. I am very disappointed with DeBella because they keep telling that they will come but until this moment they HAVEN'T SHOWN UP YET! I NEED DeBella be HONEST AND DO WHAT THEY SHOULD DO TO THEIR CUSTOMER! I ALREADY PAID OFF IT COST ME $20,000 for all the windows
Hello ***,
I apologize for the misunderstanding as we were told that you wanted to wait until the new remake windows came in. I have verified that the remake windows have arrived and your screens are in.
You are scheduled for the service repair on 12.16.2019. We look forward to completing this service and appreciate your patience.

Love the windows the sales people but contractors installing are into fourth day and now are late frustrated
We apologize for the extra work needed, but are thrilled that you love your windows and the job we did. Thank you for your feedback.
came to my home to quote out a new roof. He was very informative and professional. Walked us through all the images he took of our roof and took his time explaining every step. Very professional and helpful. We are now waiting to get the work done and can not wait to have a roof that does not leak.
Having a roof that doesn't leak will be so much stress off of your shoulders! Thank you for reviewing us and we'll call you shortly to get started.
