What the installed are the covers on the left. They do not ever cover the corners of the gutters on the 90 decree turn. They are sell your produce, but installing something different . Lest that’s want they did on my home.
This is a heads up to your company about the sales tactics of Babella. Something is not right.

Hello-Again about these Premine https://premierguttercover.com/ Gutter covers I purchased on May 27th 2024 that were to be installed on these gutters for 3000.00 I was told they would would be installed on July 31st by your office manager here in Kennewick. They are not and I have not heard a word since. 30,000 dollars later it’s becoming evident that DaBella is blowing me off. Why? Is the only question in my mind. I wasn’t even looking for your gutter system as advertised on your web site, and the brochure I received after being told that this system was the only way to go.
Bottom line - I went ahead and purchased this system and have not received what I paid for. Did I receive the roofing system I spent 30 grand for? I don’t know.
So, As a custom of your company, Im asking you “ DeBella” to be reusable, and ether tell me why you think I should not have the product you advertise on your web site and in this brochure I received at the point of sell. This system you continue to tell me will be installed. Or come and install it. I don’t think this is an unreasonable request.
These pictures came out reversed from my review--The ones on the right are what was installed. The ones on the left are what I purchased.
I have been frustrated with lack of communication. I don't know when the workers are coming to work on my house and finally decided to live my life like I usually do. It's taken 5 weeks to complete the project for siding on my house. I made details notes of what I see, so it'll get fixed. The workers are doing their best with the circumstances they're in (the weather and sickness). I didn't get an email notification of when to cancel this project, until it was too late. Check your junk email for notifications like this.
Don't sign any paperwork until the job is completed. The guy showed me the papers and said, "This is how I get paid. Please sign, so I'll get paid in 2 weeks." Come to find out, that paperwork was the job is completed form. They're not completely done with my house, their tools, ladder, scaffolding and wood are still in my garage. I want my garage back!
If you end up signing any papers before the job's done; you just signed up to pay extra interest. I called the financing company and that's how I found out I was charged extra interest for this job. I won't recommend DaBella to anyone. These are my two cents.
To give a little more detail, they also claim that all of their installers are employed by the company (not true) and are all "factory trained" again NOT TRUE. So it comes as no surprise that a major component of their site is for warranty claims.
These guys are scammers and I will NEVER USE THEM for anything. AVOID THESE THIEVES
I am sure she will be very successful, and I would be happy to work with her at some future date should my circumstances change, Thank you Ariel. David Lee
In need of a new roof given our current roof’s age, we got several quotes but ended up settling on DaBella in Hillsboro. We worked with Zane and Nicole to go through options and inspection. They were very easy to work with and the experience was quite positive. The construction itself took place about 2 weeks later. Though I needed to reach out when the project manager hadn’t called back in the time expected, from then on, things moved rapidly and the roof work was completed in 2 full days, a pleasant surprise. The work was good, the roof looks excellent, and I am very satisfied with the construction experience. Though some time passed before a follow up afterwards, Zane completed the process, doing a final check in with me and review of the roof, to answer any remaining questions. It was, by nearly all measures, a smooth process and I recommend and would consider doing further work with Zane and DaBella in the future.
Super professional and top notch service. We order full siding on a large house and they came back with a great price and fully educated us on the product and procedures. Jared really is an asset to the company. Never has a sales rep made us feel so at ease with an order.
This sounds like a [planted review. I always question short reviews that say how stellar a company is. I would not trust this review at all.
My experience with DaBella started with their door to door salesman who after learning that I was interested in getting my gutters replaced told me someone would drop by an estimate the next day. After receiving a call to confirm that I was interested in having an estimate dropped off a time was set-up...the dropping off an estimate turned into 3 hours of pressure sales presentation about how much better it would be to get my roof replaced along with my gutters. Promises of great financing and terms, promises of affordable monthly payments, promises of support throughout the job and multiple people to contact about any problem...so finally I decide ok this deal decent although very high on cost side but the 1st payment will be deferred 13 months and spread over 15 years, DaBella has multiple crews of factory trained installers. UNTIL the paperwork is actually ready to be signed...then the interest rate is 3 points higher...its a 12 year term...the monthly payment is up 63%. What does the rep say "Yeah our financing is always pretty high...most people just refinance themselves". I'm given a card with the rep's personal cell "On me all the time just call" and the office number "This is the direct number to your job manager", and a promise to get back in touch with me when the jobs gets scheduled. The next day I get a call from the rep he's in a monthly drawing and it would be really great if I could leave him a good review...I let him know that I want to wait till the job is done before leaving any review. He gives me a song and dance about how it would just be a review of him so it has nothing to do with the job...it seems strange that he wants a good review before I have a chance to actually have any work done. After a few weeks I hear from my job manager, "ok they'll be dropping your supplies off this week and someone else will call to tell you when the job will start". On the day the supplies are supposed to be delivered I call my job manager to try and get a timeframe...but that leads to a "leave a message" recording...which I do, then I call the rep's cell number leave another message. No answer to my calls EVER...the truck of supplies shows up (not on a DaBella truck) and gets loaded up on the roof. Later that week I screen a call from an unknown number (not a DaBella number) and find it's the call to set-up the installation time...Friday and Saturday all the work will be completed. Thursday people are unloading their trucks and backing trailers into my driveway (not Dabella trucks) they finished another job early and decided to start mine early. I call DaBella office to express my frustration at the last second change of plans...but I have to leave a message again because no one is there...I then look up DaBella's number on google because maybe I've got the wrong number I call the main business line but again no answer until I select the option of being a new customer...that number is answered immediately with a "When can we set-up a time for a rep to come over" script. I tell them I'm sorry I'm trying to get through to my job manager..."One sec let me transfer you, Oh I'm sorry they aren't answering, I can send them an email to get in touch with you when they come back" thanks please do...no answer to my message EVER. Thursday and Friday go quickly, other than the gutter crew is different than the roofing crew and they can't make today it they'll be here on Monday. Monday comes around and now I've not been able to leave my house Thursday or Friday and am not looking to spend another full day at home so again I call my DaBella job manager...have to leave another message cause no one is there. The gutter crew show up (still not a DaBella truck) and get the new ones knocked out in about 2 hours. Within 30 minutes of their departure I get a call from DaBella..."Hi I see your job is done and I'm just wanting to know how it went". REALLY throughout the entire process and all my calls you have no interest in talking to me but now you want to know if I'm satisfied.
DaBella promises are worth NOTHING:
They don't have many crews of factory trained installers...they subcontract the work to factory trained installers.
They don't offer great financing rates and terms...they send it out to multiple banks and pick the first one who says yes no matter the terms, then suggest you look for better terms yourself.
They don't care about the quality of the job or dealing with issues...they want a signed contract then duck all attempts to contact them until after the job is done.
They have good reviews because they elicit reviews prior to work being done.
DaBella is a middle man company that does no actual work beyond driving up the cost of your job, work with actual local contractors it'll take you a bit more time to collect estimates but you'll save a ton of money and actually have someone who has a real interest in answering your phone calls.
Run from this company-Don't let them in your home.
After agreeing to have my roof done, very hard to get ahold of. Kept getting told they would call back, not. Roof was done in very quick time,1 1/2 days. After it was done, could not get ahold of anyone for 4 days to find out total amount owed to them. Finally got ahold of someone and they told me they don't refund for product I paid for but were not used. Ok, so now they are really getting on my nerves. Then they want to discount the plywood I paid $95.00 a sheet for because the color of shingles I picked was on sale. One has nothing to do with the other. Trying to rip me off for more money. My roof looks good, but will not do business with them again.
Just so you know, this "give you a discount because a certain color is on sale" is a scam. They did the same thing to us, to us we could ONLY get a discount if we picked one specific color four of four samples they brought to our home. When we said we didn't like that color, they said "let me call my manager", then "ok, you can have this other color, but it HAS to be that one to get the discount." The roof was installed and it wasn't EITHER of the colors they said we had to pick. It's obviously a deceptive sales gimmick.
DeBella representatives from the Kennewick office sold us replacement windows a couple of months ago. They provided useful information and took the time to answer our questions. It was the last day for the special window pricing they had and we ended up deciding to have three of our ten windows replaced. While going over the contract, it was noted that we had three days to cancel the order, if we chose to do so. The next day we felt we were not ready to move forward on getting the windows and that we had made too quick of a decision. I contacted Bradley, the DeBella representative who had stayed to discuss options and put together the order. He was very helpful and understanding and paused moving the order forward until we decided. He addressed our additional questions and even dropped off additional information about DeBella windows. After further consideration, we still did not feel good about getting the windows replaced at the time, so we decided to cancel the order. I was especially impressed with the professionalism and understanding of Bradley, the DeBella representative, when we decided to cancel the order. He was considerate, understanding, and still very good to talk to and work with. The cancellation process was not difficult either. I met the representative at their Kennewick office, signed the cancellation page of the contract, and he gave back my check. Shortly after, we also received a letter from DeBella that confirmed the cancellation. Because of the good experience, especially during cancelling the order, when we decide to move forward with the replacement of our windows, we will still consider DaBella. I am giving a 5-star review, especially because of the quality and professional service provided by Bradley, the DeBella representative.
I now have a new roof on my house! It is beautiful and only took about 1 ½ days! No surprises (except for the speedy work). My yard had a few small pieces of debris and I picked up 4 or 5 nails. Watching this crew of 4 men work was a thing of beauty. Like each move was choreographed. No talk, just fluid motion from one to the next. They had obviously worked together for quite some time. I will definitely recommend DaBella to any and all.
My windows look amazing. I just love that they can open in either direction. My new sliding glass door is very secure with a heavy duty lock that I don't need to use a dowel anymore in the track for security. My salesperson, Osten, was great to work with.
We worked with the sales team of DaBella on getting our roof redone. Ryan and Josh where very processional and knowledgable.
DeBella is a high end roofing system and is well worth the investment.
Yesterday, 7/31/20, Ethan and Kody came to inspect our roof. We were impressed initially with the professionalism and knowledge both had. We recently purchased the home we are in and know nothing more than a green light to buy and a broad range of general issues with the roof. These guys did such a great job being honest and straight forward. They never pressured any products or sales on us, but rather educated us on our roof and the reality of what is to come. That is the most valuable for us at this time, and they were able to see that and provide excellent service to accommodate our needs. We will definitely utilize services in the future, just due to the great communication from Ethan and Kody. It’s nice to see a local company with such high standards of professionalism.
