They were wonderful to work with. Everyone was cheerful and helpful. They spent a lot of time with us on the front end.... and the back end! We had a big project others wouldn’t consider, and they did quality work all the way through. I would recommend them any day of the week!

I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED with DaBella. We had Kory and Austin come out and give us a bid for our roof and gutters. After looking at a number of different companies and quotes, Kory and Austin came out and educated and informed us on a product that DaBella offers that we couldn’t pass up. Kory and Austin were very punctual, honest, clean cut, and everything I expected from representatives of a great company and product. From the time Kory and Austin came to give our bid to the finished product on the house, we felt as if they were all family. They never tried to sell us on anything, but educate and keeping focus of the safety of my family and our investment was what I was looking for and Kory and Austin did just that. Our experience with Andreas was a very thorough, impressive representation of the company and himself. Good knowledge of products used. and he was informative, down to earth, and straight forward. And we are very excited to be getting our new roof! Looking forward to seeing the finished product.

We chose DaBella for our residing project in Eugene because we felt like the 30-year warranty added the most value to our house. Bobby was great, available, and answered all of our questions. Our project was scheduled in about 2 weeks and done in 1, way faster than we expected. Brian and his install team were awesome and always checked in to make sure we were happy with the product.

DaBella completed a Bathtub and Shower Surround for me approximately seven months ago. They did an excellent job and completed it on time. It was what I expected, But, shortly thereafter the water turned rusty when turned on after sitting overnight. The longer it sat the rustier it got. I waited a few months to see if it would clear up. It did not. I called DaBella and explained the problem and was told the installer would contact me. I never received a call. I few weeks later I called again and was told the same thing. Still no call back. I waited an extended period of time due to the Carona Pandemic and then sent a letter to the Store Manager. No reply was received. I called again and spoke to a new employee who was replacing the previous employee I was dealing with. She was very helpful and three days later the problem was corrected. It turns out the wrong type of piping was originally installed.

All this could have been everted had they responded in a timely manner. I do like the final finished product and other than the one problem can recommend DaBella. Looking at the previous reviews this seems to be a exception.

My husband and I had a really great experience with our DeBella representatives, Joel P and Milo G. They were both courteous and very knowledgeable about the products and services we were getting a quote for. Milo was very detailed about the quality of the windows and showed us a couple different options as well as some additional features. Joel was very thorough in explaining DaBella's quality, craftsmanship and standards so we could be confident in our choices. I have to also give huge appreciation to Joel for keeping his cool and maintaining his professionalism when dealing with my husband's seemingly endless barrage of questions (My husband is in the construction industry and has very high standards). I am only withholding a single star due to a miscommunication/misunderstanding between my husband and the presigning of our contract. Other than that little blip, the experience as a whole was enjoyable and I am super excited for everything to get started!

This was a terrific experience. From the initial contact with the guy going door to door, to the sales team (Cory), and to the installers, everyone did a fabulous job. I highly recommend this company! I was originally doubtful of the claims that my houses climate control would be improved...I was wrong, my wife and I both feel the difference in the rooms upstairs. My air conditioning, being a little small for house, is not being so overworked. Lastly, the follow-thru has been excellent as well and have followed up with a few silly questions that I had. A++ thanks!

Bree R came out to my house today to do an estimate on replacing my roof. She was very professional and knew the ins and outs of all aspects to explain to me about the costs associated with replacing my roof.
She then went to detail about the the financing if I wanted to proceed.
I signed and am now waiting for approval.

Kory was very professional and customer oriented. He always responded timely to my inquiries over my roof replacement project. I greatly appreciate his services.

We worked with Jacob S and we are so happy we did. He was very professional and gave us all the information. He was patient with my kiddos. The company communicated with us throughout the steps. Also, the teams were very respectful and polite. They did an amazing job with the siding on the house. They cleaned up as they went and the final cleanup they did very well. We would 100 percent recommend DaBella.

Dustin and Cassie came out to my house to assess my roof and provide me with an estimate. They were both very professional, personable and knowledgeable about the products and services. Dustin showed me examples of the products that will be used and explained everything in detail. Both he and Cassie were fun and great to work with. I did my research and in the end, contracted with DaBella because of the high quality products they use and the warranty. The entire process from beginning to end was very pleasant. Can't wait to see my new roof!
