Josh was on time and very professional in his presentation. I was very impressed with the story of Da Bella, the quality of the *** siding, the employee training and that the product is American made. Josh worked hard to make this project affordable for me. I'm a recent widow, so the time and effort Josh put forth on my behalf is very appreciated.

We bought 15 replacement windows to be installed square, level and plumb, 8 of these windows are tempered glass which sag at the top of all 8 windows because of the unlevel, not square or level. on the outside of these eight windows the bottom sea on the outside is not level either. We were promised to have all 15 windows on the outside to be covered by aluminim coil which was not done. All 15 windows were suppose to have bottom trim installed which was not. All 15 windows on the inside were never finished with trim. one window has been broken on the outside due to a bird flying into it. 7 windows upstairs were done from the inside and there is no window seal expect in two windows that are not fully secure in all the upstairs windows to the house fully.

On May 22 2020 a Dabella rep came to my house and took measurements and pictures for a new roof. He gave me an estimate and my jaw dropped. It was way more than what I wanted to pay but we had alot of rain at the time and he said water was starting to pool on the roof. I felt pressure to have a new roof installed. He drew up a contract, I paid a deposit and he said a crew would be out between June 22 and July 4. After I made several calls, a crew finally came out 730 pm July 10. They worked til dark and came back the next day at 7am and worked until 1230pm at which time they left without saying anything and the roof was not finished. I thought they just went to lunch but they never came back and left a huge tarp, a dirty duffel bag with clothes, 3 huge truck tires in front of my garage, which I had to remove so I could get my car out, and a bunch of unused materials. After I made some calls they came out early morning of the 13th and took the items and materials but didn't finish the roof! Unbelievable! Started making phone calls to Dabella reps and a subcontractor...each time I was told they would be out soon. The last time I called was yesterday the 15th. I spoke to the rep in Beaverton Or and she said " let me make a phone call and I'll get right back to you" which she did and told me " they are on their way and would be there soon ". As of this writing still haven't showed up. With a cancer diagnosis last year, this horrible covid 19 pandemic and family coming in a few days, I definitely don't need this added stress. Hopefully this can be resolved soon.

After hours of sales talk, we agreed to contract with DaBella Exteriors to replace our roof. We signed all of the necessary documents and gave the sales rep a deposit check for $4,688.00. We were told that a scheduler would call to establish a date to commence the work. We also were told since we received a "special price" that we had to be flexible on the installation date to which we agreed. Several weeks later, we received a phone call indicating that DaBella was cancelling the contract since their price was bid too low !!! I am under the impression that a contract is a contract and both parties are obligated to perform. Not so when you find the 'fine print" and see that they have a "built in weasle clause" that says they can cancel for any number of different reasons. What a lousy way to do business. As usual, "BUYER BEWARE"...find a REPUTABLE COMPANY to do business with.

DaBella has a very respectable reputation in the community. We were not able to replace your roof as it was out of our scope therefore we reserved our right per our contract together to cancel the contract and we refunded your deposit immediately.
"Delay/Unknown Conditions: I understand that if Contractor determines within sixty (60) days of the date of this Agreement that it cannotperform the work according to Contractor’s professional standards, Contractor can cancel this Agreement, notify me of cancellation, andpromptly return my money."

Vanessa came to our house to give us a quote for all new windows and a sliding glass door. She was very professional and personable, especially with our 3 year old. She gave a great presentation on why their windows were the best and the proof was crystal clear. We can't wait to have new windows in our home and hope Vanessa sticks around through the process!

I met with Bishop to discuss a new roof and possibly siding as well. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and really sold me on their product. I appreciated his friendliness and sense of humor through-out the process. Bishop took time to carefully explain the process to me and showed me examples of the products that the company uses and I was hooked! I can't wait to see my new roof! I know that it will add style and value to my bungalow.

they contracted out my roof then proceeded to put up more than twice the plywood I was told and did not consult me now I have to pay $3000 more for my roof, they also set two appointments and no one showed up or called to say they were not coming I feel completely cheated. No to mention the mess they left inside my garage and in my yard.
Chris came out to quote us on our windows he was on time, very professional, and he proved to be very knowledgeable with their products and answered all of our questions. We contracted with Da Bella for new windows in our home and we are beyond excited. Installation is about 3 months out but so far our experience has been amazing!
