Purchased 7 Preservation windows in 2/17. In 12/19, we hired someone to power wash the house. Was told by power washer he would not do the job because there was no flashing on the windows. DaBella was contacted and was told just to have the worker be careful. Contacted maker of windows, ***, who informed us that their Preservation windows do need metal flashing. Repeated contact to DaBella has been made with no response.
Hello ***,
I have verified with the manufacturer "***" that this warranty claim matter has been resolved as of the week.
I am glad that we were able to get this taken care of so quickly.
Customer Care-
We just had an wonderful experience with a DaBella Sales Representative. He was very friendly and courteous from beginning to end. We had known that we needed a new roof, but was apprehensive about the time frame in getting it done. We were thinking of having it replaced this summer, but were not sure if now was the right time to have someone do it in January. After doing a thorough evaluation of our home, our Rep set our mind at ease explaining how the process could be done now without a problem and began showing us all of the products he'd brought with him that made an install this time of year very possible, we were very impressed. He was very patient and respectful explaining why we needed a different venting system as well and answered our many questions, or sought help in answering anything he may have been unsure of. He did all of this in a very positive and polite manner earning our trust. *** worked through the financial process with us until we were satisfied with the cost, etc. This Sales Rep is certainly someone the DaBella folks can be proud of to represent your company. We are also very pleased with the contractors who tore off & replaced our new roof, they were very kind and easy to work with, left everything nice and clean afterwards too, and the job was done in a very reasonable time frame.
We are very pleased with our beautiful new roof, thank you DaBella, now we are ready for summer.
He'll be so happy to hear that he made such a positive impact with your home. It's stories like this that drive us to keep going in this business. Thank you so much and we wish you the best.
came over was really cool and nice and helping us out with the windows we wanted and a good price I would recommend *** to anyone thank you *** for everything
Thank you as well for trusting us with your windows! We'll be in touch with more details and how we'll proceed.
On 11/8/2019 I signed a contract with DaBella for 5 new vinyl windows to be installed by 12/21/2019. This contract stipulated that the kitchen window was broken and that the order was a "Priority". Weeks went by with no further contact or updates until a second measurement was performed on 12/4/2019. Weeks went by again with no further contact or updates. I contacted DaBella multiple times via email and phone both, and only ever received phone calls back from different people in various offices including Seattle, Idaho, and Portland, where I was always told a falsehood. When the snow came in early January 2020, I could not wait anymore and gave DaBella a deadline of 1/16/2020 to have my windows installed. At this point the windows were not even manufactured yet. I finally got responses from a Tyma B a Customer Service Manager in the Hillsboro, Oregon location. Tyma verbally assaulted me over the phone and threatened me loud enough that multiple other customers heard her despite not being on speaker phone. She claims that the windows were ordered 12/16/19, a mere 5 days before the scheduled completion of the contract, and that I could walk away from the whole contract by abandoning my $1,000 deposit in exchange for them dropping the windows off, however I would need to sign an NDA that included a lifetime gag order on ever reporting them to the authorities or leaving an honest review. Come to find out, DaBella is not the manufacturer or installer, they are a middleman sales company that contracted *** in Portland, Oregon to manufacture and install the windows. I firmly believe that DaBella is nothing more than a shell corporation that exists to defraud consumers. DaBella is a DBA of Reve Exteriors who has a much worse rating online and with the Revdex.com and further research into the principals of both companies shows a trail of closed businesses and defrauded consumers. It is 1/24/2020, more than 50% beyond the end of my contract, and I still have no windows.
Hello ***,We are happy we were able to coordinate the installation of
your windows. With all our projects we provide an estimated completion

an emergency with the window inspector, the holiday season, and harsh weather
conditions your project didn’t complete on the estimated date. Our windows are built here in the US by our partners at
***. We also work with their installation division to ensure that all
projects are installed to full factory specifications. We feel that this
partnership is a huge benefit to our customers, we even include ***’s

completed over 25,000 home improvement projects in the last 7+ years. We
believe that our commitment to customer service, delivering the highest quality

are sure you will love your new windows.
Customer Care-
Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
Installation has already started. Installation was supposed to take 1 business day. You sent a crew of just 2 workers to complete a 5-window installation on a 2-story house. They worked 6 hours on Friday 1/31, 8 hours on Saturday 2/1, and have been here 2.5 hours already on Monday 2/3. The job is still not completed and I have had to take 2 days off of work unpaid already, which I expect reimbursement for. Additionally, the bathroom window falls out of it's hinge and one of the upstairs windows has a manufacturing defect. Neither of those issues are acceptable.
Sending Chris R, Vancouver General Manager, over on Friday 1/31 to attempt to get me to sign the "Final Inspection" form was also fraud. Why would you pressure a customer into signing a "job complete" form before the job was actually complete?
Sincerely
Hello ***,
My apologizes, I was unaware of this agreement for the 250.00 refund. We will process your refund and consider this matter resolved and closed.

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
I will not accept until the payment is actually in my account.
I also still do not have any of the financing information from the final documents.
Sincerely
Had *** and *** here today to inspect and give a quote on replacing our windows. Both were very nice and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable.
When we do decide to proceed we will most likely hire DaBella.
We'll be ready for you if you decide to work with us. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity.
was very knowledgeable of the company and roofing
Thank you for the feedback!
After meeting with 7 other companies, my husband and I were very pleased to hear *** with all the knowledge of product and company. He did a thorough inspection of our roof and attic showing us the issues needing attention. He was respectful and easy to talk to. He was able to answer all of our questions and when there was something he wasn't sure of, he made a call and got the answer. We were very comfortable signing on to have our roof done by this company.
Thank you for those kind words. We just wanted to make sure you had whatever you needed to make the informed decision.
and *** came out and helped me get new windows. They were professional and friendly, I would recommend them to anyone!, and I would do business with them again!
Thank you for that recommendation! We're excited to get this started for you, so we'll be in touch with next steps.
and *** were true professionals and took the time to explain the roof to me so I can understand what needs to be done and fixed done properly. This allowed me to make a purchase decision!
Thanks for this awesome feedback! We look forward to working with you.
and *** were very knowledgeable about my siding project and very charismatic and made the project affordable for me. I found a whole process helpful
We appreciate that feedback, ***. Thank you so much and we'll be ready to help you with your project when you're ready.
& *** were really polite to me, helped me with my gutters. I love the company and the factory trained installers.
We're so excited to get started with your gutters for you. Thank you and let us know if you have any questions as we get started. You can reach us at ***.
Clinton stopped by and gave tons of helpful info about the condition of my roof. He was very knowledgeable and I feel confident that I can make an informed decision when I decide to get my roof done.
We'll be ready when you are and appreciate your feedback. Thank you.
We received a quote from *** and the experience was pleasant and informative. He took the time to thoroughly explain the material, process and company to us. I am very impressed with the time and care he took with understanding our needs and wants with our roof. I wish more companies did business this way, it is a true reflection of what genuine and compassionate sales/customer service should be. I feel very confident that the quality of what we are getting is worth the value and I absolutely recommend this company for other consumers that are shopping for a new roof.
Thank you for the kind words and please let us know if we can help further.
and *** were very friendly and fun. They explained everything and worked to get us within our budget.
Thank you for the recommendation!
BEWARE OF DABELLA!!! From the extensive amount of time spent – three hours – for the initial consultation and then another three hours when I decided I would go ahead and finance my windows, siding and gutter project and then another several hours in trying to cancel and then defending my cancellation with the salesperson, ***, and his manager, ***, this degenerated into an exceptionally negative experience. The reason I cancelled the contract is that, after looking it over more carefully, I found that they were only going to replace 7 of my 21 windows! When I brought up this discrepancy, *** was not accountable, talked about how the 21 windows would be “a lot more” (than the $43,000) that the siding and 7 windows and gutters would be. My response was that I have a house with 21 windows, so they would be providing me with an incomplete house in the middle of winter (November-December). When I came in to the Medford office in person, to talk to *** and ***, *** said he wanted to make it right. However, after two months of misinformation from *** – I still have the text and email conversations to prove it – I was not going to trust this company. The siding product, Hardiback siding, is excellent and requires specialized installation experience, but I believe it is worth it to find your own Hardi-certified contractor if you’re wanting Hardiplank siding. I like it that they say they use a metal detector to clean up fasteners from the job site. But I would question everything, get EVERYTHING in writing as discussed, and then review the contracts thoroughly during the recission period. Make sure you know who will actually be doing the work and what work they will actually be doing!
First I saw this company on *** and I needed new windows at the time so I decided to call them. The man came to my house and was very talkative. We discussed all of my house's windows being done. I have six windows. When the day came, the man was on time but they only did 5 windows. I called the same day and discussed with *** the issue and she reassured me I would get the last window done. She said she would talk to the general manager and he called the next day and said he would come to my house to discuss the issue, and he never showed up. The next morning someone just showed up at my house while I was at work. I sent the neighbor to check on him and they told me he just walked around my house, that he didn't measure anything. 3 Months later they are relentlessly calling me to pay them for the 5 windows when they didn't finish the job. *** was the one who came to my house to have me sign the final papers and talked to me about paying for the 5 windows and he said he would take care of the other window. He took picture of it and I haven't heard anything for a month. I just got the bill to pay from their bank who gave me the loan. Not sure why I had to use this bank when I have a bank I could get my own loan from I was told that this was the only option. Now I have to worry about another bank on my file. I regret using this company. For the price, and the headache I should have gone with ***. Or a company closer to my home. I definitely do not recommend this company they seem to only want your money.
We just hired Dabella Exteriors to replace underlayment on our 26 year old tile roof. We worked with *** Wheeler to evaluate the roof's condition and provide options. *** is probably the most professional sales representative we've worked with in our six years of remodeling and refurbishment. His knowledge of the industry and his company is outstanding. We are confident his expertise will be evident in the factory trained professionals that complete our project.
It was a pleasure to work with *** to secure what we think will be among the best in the business at what they do. We will revisit Revdex.com when our project has been competed.
We look forward to your end assessment. Thank you and we'll see you soon to get started.
Say provided us with a comprehensive discussion of the products, process and overall project for replacing siding on our home. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. We were very pleased with our discussion with him and our decision to work with DaBella Exteriors.
We're excited to get this started for you. Thank you for reviewing us!
My husband and I have been in discussions with one of the Representatives of DaBella (***) and were very pleased and impressed with his knowledge of the product and the process.
*** was very respectful and easy to talk to. He could answer all of our questions and when there was something he wasn't sure of, he made a call and got the answer for us.
We were very comfortable signing on to have our roof done by this company. We feel we can trust they will do the job competently. We look forward to having the job completed.
We also look forward to getting this done for you. Thank you for your feedback.
from DaBella came to inspect our roof at our request. He is an honest and knowledgable young man. He told us about DaBella and the products it sells. He took pictures of our roof from outside and inside so we could see exactly what he was talking about. Then he told us about their roofing system, explaining about their vent system. Having worked in weatherization, I could see the value. He explained each process of their roofing including each material they use.
I was impressed with their training of their workers and could see that the application workmanship was as important as the product. *** left no question unanswered. I was impressed with him and their organization.
Sounds like you're quite the roofing expert yourself now that you've had an estimate. Thank you for having us out!
