He continues to want to be switch out of vehicles we did it as a courtsey last time and it has only been three months since we have done that and now he...

wants us to take him and put him in another vehicle which we have advise him we can only do if he is willing to put down a money . Which he is not willing to do . The vehicle in question has been sold and on our website pre delivery inspection is listed in our disclaimer. We will waive the certification customer may pick out any other sienna on our site and get the sale price.
