I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted],yes we did spoke today and they promise to send the plate tomorrow and I will get it on Saturday .meanwhile it will be 22 days I'm home without doing nothing ( I was driving [redacted] with the car before the temporary tag expired ) and normally if I work full day I will make no less than $ 250 and the own me (22 x 250=$ 5500).that is what they own me for the pain and the lost they cost me for staying home doing nothing while they were there at dealership making their money .I have rent ,the car payment ,insurance ,and others bills to pay .thanks

SPOKE TO CUST REGARDING HER ISSUE. TOLD HER THAT ALL PREOWNED TOYOTA AUTOMOBILES ARE CERTIFIED WITH 7-100,000 MILE WARRANTY AND THERE IS NO EXTRA COST. CUSTOME IS SATISFIED WITH OUR CONVERSATION..

If the customer would fax over a receipt for the fee she paid to get car inspected I will refund her the money for that even though we ONLY PROMISE OUR CARS WILL PASS STATE INSPECTION.Like every other dealer does in the tri state area . I am rejecting this response because: If there were no promotions during this time period then I think there is enough evidence for a civil case as well as a criminal case of theft by deception by your dealership.While I do not have any paperwork I have attached text messages between myself and the salesman Omar.  As you can clearly see, Omar states that he is working getting the gift card and key fobs and on Dec. 30, 2016 states that the gift card will be available on Jan. 5, 2017.  Why if there were no promotions would Omar supposedly be getting the gift card and key fobs. Or, as I suspect were the gift card and key fobs a case of theft by deception. Why wouldn't Omar question the gift card and key fobs instead of saying that they would be ready on Jan 5.  I suggest you contact your former employee and get this issue resolved.

At 12:30pm today we have taken car back from customer and given her back her trade . She at this time is no longer responsible for any payments to this vehicle . We consider this case closed.[redacted]

Customer purchase vehicle two years ago and there is no value left on warranty.Tyrone

I am rejecting this response because: That is the website that the car was advertised on, [redacted] had no "disclaimer" regarding pre-inspection or certification fees. Your website has nothing to do with this issue.I am not satisfied with your response and I don't feel, l, nor anyone else for that matter,  should be lured into your show room with falsely advertised price. The bait and switch tactics you employ have been documented with the Office of the Attorney General and the Passaic County Office of Consumer Protection Office.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: The issue wsnt resolved, I thought I would hear from the other party.  Were they even contacted.  Can I please continue to follow through with this issue or be instructed on how to go about doing so.  I am thinking of contacting a few television  broadcaster to see how they can let the public see how wretched this franchise is and to the people they wants to trust them.  Should I open a new case.  This is not fair, I work very hard and have two girls graduating and a young sick son.  How can they just rob me and expect it to be ok.

I am rejecting this response because: I was told to sign a check release form. He stated that I had to sign in order to receive the check and so I did. He never gave me a copy of anything or allowed me to read anything of sort. Toyota Universe is one big scan, Once again management goes lying about one thing or another. They tell you one price then they go and change it on you. I have proof from one of the employees that they did in fact change the price on me.

Reaching out to customer to see if we can make them happy everything was held up due to a state inspection that the customer had to obtain for us to process there plates.

We have spoken to customer and resolved all there problems .   Tyrone T[redacted]

We will have a check deliver to customer for the amount.

Customer has picked up the car and all repairs have been done.
