I am rejecting this response because:because I send them the state inspection on 04/03/and I after
couple days I called my dmv to check the status of the car and it still nothing can't be found .now on 04/15/i receive call from them and this time they say I don't have insurance on car and I told them the day I bough the car I bough insurance on car before drive it home and I provide the seller the copy of my insurance and they say they don't have it to send them another one which I did right the way .before that I call toyota corporation and I speak to them and they say their dealer should give at least days of temporary tag that no dealer give days of temporary tag and the agent call them to get the problem fix as soon as possible and that is why next day they come with the insurance not on car .now they said if I can come and get loaner car I told the operator that I live in *** and she said there is nothing she can do and I email her back ask her that I can get rental car here or loaner car at toyota dealership here if they can get in touch with any of them and she never reply my email.now today 04/23/i receive call from them again saying to go rent a car but my plate will be send overnight in days .so I will go now rent car for day so what about the days I spend home without be able to go to work when they refused to extend the temporary tag and rent me car here .now they are asking me to go rent car for day .its frustrating and ridiculous .I can feel how they discriminate me now and I don't have no other choice left now than to sue them .they need to pay for their action and never do this to anyone else again

Your Credit can't be check thru your credit card which you can check with your credit card company to verify we are giving you the correct information All are fees are posted in disclaimer of all are ads I do apologize for the misunderstanding and would like to see you a for your trouble
hopefully would cover your gas and your time that was spent in the dealershipI should mention heylin asking for the credit card is just a confirmation of an offer is being presented just as when you purchase a home or any other large items

I am rejecting this response because: We were contacted by a person named Manny from Toyota Universe. Unfortunately Manny...
was the Sales Manager that was present the day [redacted] was approached for the refinance. He was the one that Rafael and Remy kept walking away to speak to whilst trying to sell the refinance to [redacted] and apparently the person who oversaw this entire deal. He also was the one who approached [redacted] when [redacted] went in to speak to Remy calmly about canceling the deal. He approached [redacted] with an attitude, and accused [redacted] of trying to intimidate everyone, which was absolutely not true. When [redacted] tried to respond he repeatedly kept saying that there was nothing that can be done because [redacted] signed the contract. Manny did not even sound in the least bit professional when he called to resolve the issue, nor was he well spoken, and said absolutely nothing to say that made us believe that anyone was going to be held accountable. As I went over our experience once again to him, he really had not much to say except that should not have happened. He offered to pay back the registration because it was their error, which they would not admit to before this complaint. Then even before we have even received the credit tried to make me close this case. I do not believe that the persons involved will be reprimanded because Manny is the one who oversaw this whole deal, and was probably instructed to make us go away. We are actually shocked that Toyota Universe would have this person be the one to contact us, when he was responsible for the whole deal. He will say he was not, but he was. After speaking with him, we have decided to pursue not only the registration charges, but the entire amount which is approx. $2000 because according to Manny, this should not have happened, but we can't get our money back. I had noticed that TU telephone system monitors the calls. I would like to have the phone call between Rafael, Remy and I the day of the sale made public, so I can prove that every word they said to me was a lie. We are now in communication with "[redacted]" and if they do not get anywhere, we are prepared to take Toyota Universe to small claims court. In the mean time, I will continue to try to inform the public of our bad experience via social network and review sights such a [redacted] to let people know that if you are not an educated consumer, or do not understand contracts etc, you might not to deal with a company who will target and take advantage of you with their unethical sales tactics. And also if you are an educated consumer, you might not want to deal with a company that would do that to loyal customers that work very hard for their money.
