The customer is more then welcome to come into the store and we can reach an agreement with her that we will can both live with .Customer orginally brought a car from us and told bank she wasn't happy with vehicle at which time we tried to get her approved in a vehicle she said she wanted unfortunatley they customer doesn't have the credit to get the car she wants so since she wasn't happy we took the car back and refunded her all of her down payment money . Do to the fact she wanted a different car she was in a rental car because car we had sold her plates had expired due to her telling bank she didn't want the car .
WE REFUNDED HIM THE MONEY AND PAID OFF LOAN AND JUST WAITING FOR SANTANDER TO THERE PART IN CLOSING THE ACCOUNT....

We have explain to customer that we are not inspection station for nj or ny . That the owner of vehicle has to take vehicle to inspection and we guarantee car to pass inspection .

In trying to clarify which documents they wanted me to provide for them to refund their inspection fee, they informed me that they would only refund part of their inspection fee. I will accept only a full refund of the fee they charged me for an inspection they did not do.

I am rejecting this response because:I handed my bank card not my credit card and it was not returned to me right away when the sales rep returned with the Manager. I would like to know the real reason why they kept my bank card.

I am sorry that you feel that way. I still cannot see after all this time how we can be responsible for cosmetic damage to your vehicle. To insinuate that we have "scammed" you in some way is unfortunate. Once again if you would like some financial assistance towards the repair on your vehicle we would be willing to help, but I cannot see how we could be responsible for the repair. There are no warranties available from the manufacturer or otherwise that would cover this type of repair. It would be function of your automobile insurance. The reason I said that you may need a new bumper is that typically when the bumper "pops out" it is because the tabs on the bumper itself tear away from the clip set. This it typically a $750 repair to fix it the right way. I would be willing to help with a portion of this as you are unhappy, but again I could not accept responsibility for the entire repair. As you stated this did not happen when you picked the car up, but 10 months later. It could not have failed by itself after 10 months. Once again I am sorry that you feel we are responsible, but it simply is not the case. We stand behind all of our vehicles and repairs as is evident by our success and reputation. It is truly a shame that we were unable to make you satisfied in this instance.

I am rejecting this response because:sellNO DENTS, SCRATCHES! but somehow a car broke the clips? Clearly you guys don't check your cars before selling them, that car was crashed before it was given to me and it was crashed exactly where the clips broke! You guys provided the Carfax to me, I have the copy of it dated exactly when I bought the car. Please don't sit here and blame anyone else because you guys don't do your job the way your suppose to. You blame it on the snow and all of this and all of a sudden now you come here and say "obviously it was a car" well I have no problem providing pictures of how my car looks or even taking you guys to court and see what someone else thinks of it. All you guys have done is give me issues since day one, 10 months in and I have a list of issues and every time I go there you guys add more to it. So OBIVOUSLY its my fault for dealing with you scammers! Quick to receive money but not quick to own to your responsibilities. THANKS PAUL!
