The customer is more then welcome to come into the store and we can reach an agreement with her that we will can both live with .Customer orginally brought a car from us and told bank she wasn't happy with vehicle at which time we tried to get her approved in a vehicle she said she wanted unfortunatley they customer doesn't have the credit to get the car she wants so since she wasn't happy we took the car back and refunded her all of her down payment money Do to the fact she wanted a different car she was in a rental car because car we had sold her plates had expired due to her telling bank she didn't want the car
