My monthly charge is only So why would I be charged after I cancelled? The most I would be charged is at this timeBut my wife who cancelled the same day and signed up the same day was not charged anything more after she cancelled. So it doesn't make sense that I would be charged and she wouldn't

I had two accounts at this business that I closed last July The member of the second account went in to the business and cancelled both after several calls from myself in an attempt to close the accountI am now being told almost a year later that the accounts were not cancelledThe account under my name went in to collectionsThe business continues to charge my bank account for the membership of my ex Even after repeated calls and a letter sent in to the business to cancel they still continue to charge my accountI would like for both accounts to be closed permanently and the money charged for any membership dues after July to be returnedI feel the staff was deceptive to myself and the other member when trying to close the accountsWe were given the run around as to how to close the account and were told by staff that the issue was done last July Now the manager and assistant manager claim the account was never closed and they can not find any paperwork signedI have not

I cancelled my membership on August 25, 2018, which was within the window to cancel and not get charged for the next monthI received a cancellation confirmation letter by emailThe gym charged my credit card on September 21st, When I called, the staff member said I had to come in person to fix itI asked for a manager who said it was a mistake and they'd refund the moneyThey didI just got charged AGAIN on October 22, It is a hassle to track and get the money refundedI am now filing a complaint because there is no reason to keep charging my card

The member, *** ***, joined our Fitchburg club online on July 25, All membership terms, rates, and fees are outlined on our membership page online at: ***The terms and fee structure of the Basic membership which *** chose as his
membership option comes as a month agreement with payments of $a monthThere is no tax on health club membershipsThe annual fee which is outlined on our membership page as well as detailed on the join now launch page upon sionline which is how *** chose to join Boost Fitness. The payment of $that was processed on December 6, includes ***' monthly dues for the month of October ($9.99) and November ($9.99) as well as the annual fee ($39) setup for payment on October 25thThe annual fee is processed days from the start of every membership and outlined on the join now launch page and listed on every membership on the membership pageThere are no hidden fees or taxes processed at Boost Fitness and we do adhere to the month agreement on the Basic planGiven that we don't expect *** to return to Boost Fitness I have been approved by ownership to process an early cancellation of membership months early without penalty, however there will be no refund processed as the payments had been agreed upon ***' online registration for membership. The explanation of the membership had been presented to *** by our management at the club on December 6, 2017, and is the same as explained above with the exception of the recent approval to cancel the membership
Thank you for bringing your concerns forward. We do need sufficient evidence to state you are or have moved. This has been our stance since day one. A note stating you are potentially moving isn't sufficient to cancel the binding agreement made with CRUNCH. Please submit a
statement showing you are residing outside the Mile radius of any of our locations and we are more than happy to cancel the agreement
Horrible customer service!! I went to cxl my membership the person at the desk said I could place it on hold (I said ok but I have already done that in the past) she said no prob she would take care of itone month later obviously NOT I got billed as normalI called to explain situation and of course I'm not able to get a refund because the account has already been on hold ..um really..wanted to talk to management but was too busy to take my phone call
I am rejecting this response because: I dispute this response because I never ONCE met with a "personal training manager." The only person that talked to me was the personal TRAINER who was clearly not a MANAGERAnd now that said TRAINER is gone because she felt poorly treated by her superiors, which I can't say I blame her forI am perfectly fine paying a cancelation fee, but absolutely refuse to pay the they are asking forAt this point, my membership is about to be canceled all together, and I will make sure plenty well that all those around me hear of your poor customer service and misleading informationI assumed there was a cancelation fee if I wanted to end my contract, but what type of business ropes you into something and refuses to let you out of it? I am baffledI can no longer afford this service so I do not want to be punished any further by a business that could care less about me as a human being, but cares simply more about the money I can fork over to them, WHICH I NO LONGER HAVE

My issue is definitely not resolved, my case should have never been closedI didn't update the status because I was giving crunch a chance to resolve issues. Thank you,*** ***
