Waiting for membership to run out, but they automatically renewed it without permission
Noticed that bank statement was charge a "renewal" fee We never renewed I called and explained that we were waiting for the membership to run out because it's not being used and hasn't been used more than a few visits It's a waste of money, but was told at the time that it was a year membership
I asked for the money to be refunded and they said no
Since when is the customer not able to get situations resolved The employee did not know the last name of the General Manager, nor the owner This is ridiculous!
Employee just kept repeating a rehearse phrase and refused to be solution oriented Didn't offer to take my name and phone number to assist either

They did not cancel my membership and continued to charge me & have sent me to collections which now has generated more charges

I did sign up for crunch and then I had a health issue and work schedule issue that I told them I am can willing my membership and a am cancelling the membership right away days after We signed up and that month fee is acceptable to be charge and they they continue to charge us the membership inspite the cancellation and did find out only after the credit card was cancelled and now they re asking to pay the rest of the membership fee for more months We never visited the gym since we signed up that day visit the entire time
I need them to cancel and stop asking me to pay something I did not use and or cancelled membership

memberships and our membership options/pricing is clearly posted on our website When asked about current rates, our staff went over all details and even waived the re-write fee (which all members are required to pay when making any changes) Boost will not be reimbursing the membership (or a portion of) as we've given ample opportunity to every member to change their plan
