Dear Dispute Resolution Consultant,Thank you for the opportunity to address
and bring clarity to the additional concerns presented by the complainant. We stand by our previous responseGoDaddy
has upheld its agreements in good faith with the complainant and honored its
terms of serviceContrary to the complainant’s
statement, GoDaddy’s Change department was engaged in extensive conversations with
them starting October 28, The complainant failed to complete the change
of account process which would have moved the two domain names in questions
into an account within their control. As previously stated, the complainant
may wish to review and utilize the Uniform Domain Name Dispute
Resolution Policy (UDRP) or pursue this matter further through the court
systemGoDaddy cannot become involved in this third-party dispute and hopes
the complainant can resolve their concerns with the parties involved.Thank you for the opportunity to
address and bring clarity to the concerns presented by the complainant.Kindest regards, Terri H*** *** ** *** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I am having my attorney review exact terminology in your agreement and will proceed accordinglyGo Daddy is the marketer of this toxic domain and should claim responsibility of the products they sellIn my business we do know the difference between right and wrong and always take the high roadThe consumer of their products must be informed about these practices and policiesNo Go Daddy, this is a bad business decision and you should do the right thingI am not going to let this go.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved In addition I have spoken with my financial institution and they assure me that they have reversed the funds to Go Daddy, which would enable Go Daddy and I to resolve this issue once refund is issued as agreed

One question still remains, your suggested recourse of contacting the hosting company for arrangement of purchase leaves you as the target of said communication, yet you've not responded to my requestWhen suggesting this course of action within your first reply it gives the reader an impression of "double dipping" when you've solicited additional fees by suggesting contracting you for negotiation of purchaseGoDaddy has placed themselves in the position of agent with an obligation of due diligence in arranging this transactionYour agreement fails to trump public policy

I did give the representative sufficient information to close my account in I did not receive any notices regarding the renewing of the Domain nameI searched my email and spam folderI am completely unsatisfied with the manner your company has conducted it's business and I do not accept your response as a resolution to my complaint

Thank you for the opportunity to address our customer's concerns. Upon conducting business with GoDaddy, our customer acknowledged and accepted our agreements, found at https://www.godaddy.com/legal-agreements.aspx.On March 14, 2011, our customer purchased the domain name in question with
Private Registration services and Certified Domain service for a five-year term via online transactionOn March 15, our customer manually renewed their domain name and associated services for an additional one-year term via online transaction. Per our customer's account preferences, GoDaddy was instructed to automatically renew the services in question and did so in a good faith effort to honor its agreements with our customerGoDaddy sent five renewal reminder emails to the email address on file between December 14, and March 9, These notices informed our customer their expiring items would be renewed in accordance with their account settings unless additional action was takenAccount management is a customer responsibility. RESOLUTION:GoDaddy upheld its agreements with our customer in good faith and honored its terms of service.Per GoDaddy’s Domain Name Registration Agreement, which was acknowledged and accepted by our customer, the domain name in question automatically renewed for the original length of the initial purchaseOnce purchased or renewed for a specific length of time, none of that time can be removed from the domain name and the order is not eligible for refundThank you again for the opportunity to address the concerns presented by our customer.Kindest regards,Terri H***Office of the CEO - GoDaddy

Dear Dispute Resolution Consultant,Thank you for the opportunity to address and bring clarity to the concerns presented by our customerWe have reviewed this matter and would like to present the following. Our customer acknowledged and agreed to the following agreements upon
conducting business with GoDaddy:• Universal Terms of Service• Domain Name Registration Agreement• Domain Name Proxy AgreementThe latest version of these agreements can be found at: https://www.godaddy.com/legal-agreements.aspxOn February 22, our customer purchased the domain in question with our Protected Registration service for a two year term and did so via an online transaction. One of the features of our Protected Registration service is to protect against thecancellation/expiration of the domain namePer our customer's account preferences, GoDaddy was instructed to automatically renew the service in question on February 23, and did so in a Good Faith effort to honor its agreements with the customer.Account management is a customer responsibility. GoDaddy sent renewal notices prior to the renewal on:• January 23, 2014• February 7, • February 17, 2014Domain names which have this service cannot be canceled until the Protected Registration is canceledThis is done by way of submitting a valid government issued ID, Business ID if applicable, and a signed form to our Domain Services Department. On March 19, 2015, our customer filled out the form needed to remove the Protected RegistrationSince then, our customer has completed the process of removing the Protected Registration service from their domain name. Our customer has also since set the domain to the manual renewal setting.RESOLUTION:GoDaddy has upheld its agreements in good faith with our customer and honored its terms of service. Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. At NO time was it communicated to me the email accounts I had ALREADY set up with my original purchase would be deleted/discontinued/lostThat would have been vital information to have in the decision making of the purchase of the website building tool. As for being forced to purchasing an email account ( I say "forced" because I didn't really have an option at that point) to add to my new website building tool, I was ASSURED by the Godaddy rep that I would, without a doubt, be able to reinstate of the email accounts I had originally made with my initial purchaseThat too was untrue as I was only able to make email accountI would have had to purchase an email package totaling more than my initial purchase with FREE email to go along with my website building tool...which makes no sense - unless of course your sole purpose is to upsell additional products. As for the "refund" - I was was verbally TOLD by the Godaddy rep that I would NOT be given a refund, but rather an "in-store" creditNO REFUNDWhich I think my account reflects with a credit which can be used to purchase more Godaddy product.Regards,

Thank you for the opportunity to address our customer's concerns. Upon conducting business with GoDaddy, our customer acknowledged and accepted our agreements, found at https://www.godaddy.com/legal-agreements.aspx.On August 6, 2015, our customer purchased a six-month term of Managed WordPress
hosting via online transaction. This hosting account has renewed, per our customer’s account preferences, every six months, with the most recent renewal occurring on February 5, 2017. GoDaddy has renewed the hosting service every six months in a good faith effort to honor agreements with our customer. On February 9, 2017, our customer called to request a refund for their most recent hosting renewal, and were properly informed the renewal was outside of refund eligibility. Products renewed in monthly terms are refund-eligible if canceled within hours of renewal, per GoDaddy’s refund policy.RESOLUTION:GoDaddy upheld its agreements with our customer in good faith and honored its terms of service. As a one-time exception to GoDaddy’s refund policy, our office is willing to provide a refund for the latest hosting renewal totaling $47.94, provided the hosting is canceled by February 15, 2017. Once canceled, our customer can contact our office directly at [email protected] to request the refund. The following articles may be helpful to our customer.Refund Policy:https://www.godaddy.com/agreements/showdoc.aspx?pageid=19963&isc=statusdo... a hosting account:https://www.godaddy.com/help/cancel-a-hosting-account-20040Thank you again for the opportunity to address the concerns presented by our customer.Kindest regards,Mike L***Office of the CEO - GoDaddy

Thank you for the opportunity to address our customer's concerns.Upon conducting business with GoDaddy, our customer acknowledged and accepted our agreements, found at ***.On October 19, 2017, our customer was notified via email of improper usages of their
hosting account; our customer has been using their hosting account as a file repository, adversely affecting other customers on the same hosting server This notification indicated our customer would need to bring their hosting account into compliance by October 25, 2017, by removing the files in question, or moving them to a Virtual Private Server (VPS), Dedicated Server, or file hosting platform, such as Microsoft’s OneDrive.RESOLUTION:GoDaddy upheld its agreements with our customer in good faith and honored its terms of service. While we appreciate our customer’s business and loyalty, our customers must all abide by the same Terms of Service. Web hosting is designed and optimized to serve website pages quickly and efficiently, and is not intended as a file hosting service to host large individual files and/or large collections of filesOur customer has been offered the option of a refund off their current hosting plan to pay toward the purchase of a VPS or Dedicated Server. This offer still stands, and our customer can contact our hosting teams for assistance with this process. Otherwise, our customer will need to make significant progress toward removing the files in question to avoid potential suspension of their hosting plan.Thank you again for the opportunity to address the concerns presented by our customer.Kindest regards,Mike L***Office of the CEO - GoDaddy
