I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Dear Madam,Attached please find an itemized list of the facts of my case up to date in the file called ***Please refer to it in order to obtain complete knowledgeAll bank statements (overcharge and disputed new fee) are enclosed for your information and useSensitive or non-pertinent information on my statements has been blockedWW emails are also includedOriginal chain of emails to be furnished upon request.I have called the business as *** *** ***, corporate affairs at Weight Watchers (WW), stated on her letter of today.The Summary of the conversation: WW won’t refund the overcharged money unless I provide them with my bank statement proving their overcharge on my account.I have decided to reject Weight Watchers demandDue to:Weight Watchers representatives have acknowledged and confirmed the Feb **'overcharge in two occasions over the phone and announced their two standard methods for the refund promisedRecording of these calls were mentioned during said conversations.2. As a matter of principal: Being rightfully the victim here, I do not have to prove to Weight Watchers they did wrong overcharging my accountNot only they took my money, but now are implying I am lying!this is the fourth strategy Weight Watchers has used to DELAY refunding my moneyThey are as follow: A- In reply to my overcharge complaint, WW send me an email on April **16, with instructions on how to change the password online and giving me the phone number to call themNo resolution to the overcharge. B- on May ***, Weight Watchers rep., Neil T., misread and misstated the facts on his email, therefore he dismissed my case. C- on May **'16, Weight Watchers rep., Myka, sends me an email and lists only initial 3month subscription and one month fee as the only money they received from me and both transactions have the wrong datesThe second payment they overcharged me was totally absent in the letterAgain there is no intention in writing of correction their error. D- Today ** *** -Corporate affairs WW, alleged not being able to verify my records. I just spoke with this member and apologized for all the confusion from Customer ServiceI explained the charge was refunded and told her when she can expect to see itAlso, as courtesy for the bad experience she had and since she hardly got to use the membership, I credited back her full original

The Weight Watchers representative, Nikki, told me that I will receive a $prepaid card, but it will take to weeks for me to receive itI asked for the reason that it was initially rejected and was told that someone in their department inappropriately determined that I was not eligibleThere was no explanation as to why I have to wait up to more weeks before I can expect to receive thisI have already waited weeks so far and now an additional to weeks wait seems unreasonable with no remorse for the irresponsibility of the way this deal was handledI appreciated the assistance from the Revdex.comI am willing to wait up to weeks

After investigating the situation, I contacted the member by phoneI apologized for the misdirection from Customer Service and that she did not get a call back from a supervisor as she had requestedI was able to locate the two payments she made, one for $at the meeting room and one for $
onlineAt the member's agreement, I credited back the $and she will see it on her credit card in three to five business daysAlso, as courtesy I added an extra days to her membership and provided our phone number in Corporate Affairs in case she has any further questions or concerns. This complaint is not a small matterI was signed up for an additional account that I did not approve of and was overcharged $over the course of yearsI have been a faithful, active member of weight watchers for close to yearsI have had a lot of success on the program and am continually called upon by my leader to tell my success storyNow, having to cancel my account because I am pregnant, I am severely disappointed with the guest experience I am receivingI was already disappointed to learn that I cannot continue to use the tools to stay healthy through my pregnancy, but now I am not receiving resolution to a blatant overcharge on my accountNot only is Weight Watchers walking away with $800+ dollars for a duplicate account, but I have been treated poorly, ignored by customer service agents and shamed that I did not notice the overchargeWhen I called to cancel my account the first time, no one bothered to tell me that there is a second account active under my nameWell, I have discovered the overcharge now and am seeking resolution This issue is black and white, I was overcharged and should be refundedThere is no documentation to support that I requested a second account, because I didn'tThat isn't logical, I am only person and only need active accountI plan on pursuing this further with higher management, I don't accept this as a final resolution.
