However, "the member" did leave feedback four or five times between October and November and did send an email requesting cancellationThe website had been having difficulty, as shown by the comments from many many "members" regarding the WeightWatchers application, so "the member" wouldn't be surprised if they did not receive the requestThe member does not contact the Revdex.com without first contacting the company involved.The member would also like the refund for his spousal member, *** ***Thank you and ave a nice day

I was able to get through today at 10:Am Central time and spoke with Flo on the phone for minutes. During that time; she was recognizing some of the issues I was having with the website. She asked if she could call me back after looking into it furtherI have not heard back yet but just now received this response from her; so I'm a little confused? If I receive a callback as promised offering resolvement to this compliant; I will be sure to notify and report.

I received a message on my home phone that Flo calledShe said to call her back at ###-###-####When I did so the telephone system "requested them not to connect" because my call was from an outside areaSTOP PLAYING GAMES WITH MEI want a credit of $because you cancelled my membership without my consent BEFORE the days of my membershipThe bottom line is that not only did I not receive the free month from your "friends and family special offer" but I didn't even get the full days from my $1**paymentI received the $credit back but that is a separate issueYou used my credit card without my authorizationThat is now resolvedI am currently disputing $with my credit card companyI urge you to end this dispute once and for all with a $credit
