The company owes a refund on months, not 5! That total would be $ That is a difference of $134.85!They have already received the money and are unwilling to make any arrangements to make up the extra 3months I suggested in my letter that instead of another credit at this time, if they could let me stay a member and just credit 3months in the future? Then it would be cleared up and everyone would remain happy.WW not only never even responded to this request, but went ahead and closed my account out without my permission So now I am no longer a member and they still want to keep my mone? That is wrong....and That is illegal! I will not be happy or will not drop this if they do not work with me to resolve the WHOLE PROBLEM! They opened accounts on the same day for me in Nov It was either an error by an employee or a computer glitch Neither are my fault...I will keep complaining to Revdex.com, Consumer Affairs, Oprah or anyone else that will listen I am a school aide I do not get paid in the summer I have a student going to college next monthWe have expenses that over $need to go too at this point All that I am asking if the account be resolved and I receive a full credit for the additional account that THEY set up for me! While I appreciate WW reaching out and apologizing, I still don't accept their lack of action or refusal to take responsibility in this matter Their form was deliberately vague, obtuse, misleading and frankly advertising The promotion was actually a large part of my decision to join WW in the first place Simply saying they use a 3rd party to fulfill the reward cards does not free them from responsibility to rectify the situation Especially in light of the past and current attitude of WW reps of "too bad you aren't happy....deal with it" I regret ever signing up for their services/product Their focus is to improve the health and lives of people What I have experienced is just the opposite...they don't care about clients/customers.

I have already submitted the receipt to "***" on 8/**/and I have received no response to dateI was directed to *** by a Weight Watchers employee in order to pay for the annual Weight Watchers planI paid the money to "Weight Watchers online" via *** per that employee's instructions as can be viewed via the attached receipt and I have not received the product that I paid forThe seller listed on the receipt is Weight Watchers InternationalOn 8/**/15, a Weight Watchers employee admitted to me that "We have researched your account and found that due to an error between our database and the company that does our billing" and yet they insist that they have not been paidIf this is an issue with the companies that they contract to do their billing with then it needs to be taken up with those companies as opposed to denying a customer the product that they paid for or a refund for their purchaseI would like a full refund

This is MY THIRD COMPLAINT filing with the Revdex.com with reference to Weight Watchers and their email advertisingI signed up years ago with their program at the Baldwin, NY locationSoon after I discontinued my membership (chose not to renew) and I still received the email communicationsI asked personnel at the Baldwin location if my email address could be removed and I was told that was done by corporateEvery time I go online to the Weight Watchers website (through the email received) to unsubscribe, it never does complete the processI tried calling to have my email removed and the Weight Watchers personnel would not remove it unless I gave them a ton of personal informationWith each Revdex.com complaint filing the Weight Watchers reply was that the emails will stop soonWell, I waited over a month and they are still coming!! I want action taken now! This is harassment in the form of email media! I have all the emails received in my spam inbox for verification. I believe I should be entitled to some type of compensation! How hard is it to remove one email when given as much time as Weight Watchers has had?
