have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They are not co operating and admitted they automatically increase credit limits and I can request to have it turned off but I have to basically deal with 3 hard inquiries I did not ask for for 2 years. I'm furious I'm about to close my [redacted] card. It can be as simple as this remove every single hard inquiry off my credit report and I'll agree to close the credit card I have with them and I'll take my business else where and they can lose out on me and I spend a lot at [redacted]. I'm not satisfied and I will not close this claim things have gone south since citi took the [redacted] credit cards from capital 1. I also proved I never requested a credit limit increase back in 2014 and my credit limit was lowered as well all hard inquires were to be removed my credit limit went from I believe $1200 up to $2500 I complained about it because I did not agree to that and they lowered it.

The response given by the company is the same response I have gotten everytime. They give a vague response and take no responsibility for damaging my credit. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I cant accept that answer from the company. I need more of a response than that. I have been given no phone number or any way of getting I touch with them.

cardholder experience, we endeavor to resolve all cardholder issues in a
thorough and satisfactory manner.[redacted] describes an issue with spending a card with a small balance left on one
of her accounts and also logging into the website to access her account. We
spoke to [redacted] on November **, 2015 and offered to mail checks for both
of her accounts in the amount of $1.53 and $25.00, respectively. [redacted] agreed to this, so two checks
were issued to the address of record on November [redacted]. In
regard to the website issue, a temporary password was generated for [redacted] and instructions were given on how to log into the account and change

I still have not heard from Citi identity about this situation. I think it is sad that they would tell you to reach out to me, but yet they have not contacted me. They had all of the information needed from my [redacted] card and time to take money from me, but they dont have the time to contact me. Great advise from Citi! It shows me again what type of business Citi identity is.

[Your Answer Here]First of all, I was told by a representative of Citi that my credit record would not be affected..there is a recording of the lady telling me that. Maybe someone should listen to that recording! Next, my e-mail address which was being used was incorrect, because I wasn't receiving hard copies of statements, I didn't know the e-mail address being used was incorrect. It's hard to correct something like that if I'm not receiving the e-mails, or the hard copies of the bills for that matter.I am very disappointed that Citi isn't willing to work with me on this. I feel this is something that was beyond my control under the circumstances.

They have made no effort to call me also, they sent my information to the credit department instead of the checking department and I never was contacted at all. I called the woman who called me 2x left a voicemail nothing yet, hoping for the best but I am not anywhere near a resolution if no one has actually contacted me..

[redacted] I feel that my interest charge should be removed because of the mix up when my camera was swapped out . I would like to transfer the balance to one of my cards . im currently unemployed and paying $650 dollars extra on a bill. Is kind of harsh and truthfully I cant afford it. Im full time college student trying to make ends meet. Hopefully this issue can be resolved.
