I don't have the letters,  i threw them all out since they were useless,  they said the same thing.  The 6/** communication was over the phone.   I have already wasted more time with this complaint then its worth.   You guys obviously cant resolve anything.   I will resolve this myself by never doing business with citibank ever again.

Complaint # ID [redacted] was not resolved to my satisfaction. The last communication that I received from CITi on ** April, it said that they received the complaint and will respond to the customer when their investigation is complete. Please reopen the case and get me a resolution with CiTi to the negative reporting to the credit bureaus that I owe $10383. When I actually owe $1851.
Research this account # [redacted] and this one # [redacted]. I only had one citi card since 2004, it is over 7 years old and should be removed

 They have made no correspondence in the six months up to this point,  and have done little if anything to resolve the issue. What makes me think that will change now? I will keep this case open until a remedy has presented itself.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseI received the letter stating I was advised to return the item which is false I was advised to contact there fraud department which I did over several weeks and left several message that went un-returned. When I finally was able to speak to a live person was told not fraud since [redacted] sent the fraud purchase to me. I also responded to this letter with a phone call and was told nothing they can do and won't help. I have worked with Citibank and [redacted] and both point the finger at the other and will not asst and now Citibank wants me to pay for a phone I didn't order, never wanted and no body will help me return it. Worst Customer service I have ever received.

 Thank you for the email and response provided however I am the consumer/customer and I have not received any correspondance from Citicards or an affiliate since I submitted this complaint.  I would like for the dispute center/management to please call me directly so I can discuss this issue.  Also, please advise who the customer was you discussed my case with as it was not me.  Thank you and I look forward from hearing directly from Citicards.

 The company "Citi Financial" has done nothing infact they say that they are not required to honor any transaction. The company sent me what they say is "the card agreement" which I believe to be completely bogus since I always read them and if I had ever seen that they have the right to not honor/decline any transaction even if I had an available balance for any reason, I would not have accepted this card/contract! My physical card has since been put into my lock box and will no longer be used. I will pay off the debt only to keep my credit in good standing and at the time of last payment I will be canceling the account. I will blog, post to [redacted] and tell everyone who will listen how horrible Citi Financial truly is. How they do not honor what they allow you for credit, and how they read from a script when calling customer service or chatting online, and just flat out do not care about their consumer. Oh and they have told me four seporate times that they will give me one thousand "thank you points" and I have only recieved two thousand. Citi Financial are crooks and liars. I would not wish them on my worst enemy!

 I prefer to keep Revdex.com mediating between I and CITI bank.  CITI have refuse to look into this matter after multiple attempts.  Up till today, this incorrect information is appearing in my credit report.  Citi can delete this incorrect information and no further action will be require, or else they can look into it to validate it as require by law.

  They have NOT contacted me via phone, email or US mail regarding this matter. I contacted them via phone and then I contacted the Revdex.com. So nothing has been done by the business to resolve this complaint. Thank you you for your help with this matter. [redacted]

[Your Answer Here] Of course we have corresponded directly, I wouldn't contact the Revdex.com before I have. However, that has resulted in nothing, hence the Revdex.com claim. I have attempted to resolve this matter the conventional route through customer service for over a month, to no avail. I have been promised that the issue will be investigated and resolved by many reps. I have been promised follow up return calls yet they don't come. At this point it seams that whoever I talk to at Citi agrees with me but does nothing about it. My hope is that Citi bank will have a bit more shame from the Revdex.com and settle this matter.In conclusion - Citi bank has my money and refuses to return it. There is never any excuse for theft. It is no different then walking into your neighbors house, covered in a ski mask, and stealing $1500. The only difference here is that the theft is being committed with a tie behind a mahogany desk.

Citibank has written in response to this complaint stating that I set the ACH for $300 on February [redacted], which is physically IMPOSSIBLE. I direct Children's Theatre. I had shows from 7am to 10pm on that date. They illegally went into my account, as you can see by the response in the CHAT with their representative. She stated that their "collection department" went into my account and authorized $300. I continue to state that, "I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS TRANSACTION" and it cost me $50 in fees. I will NOT pay one cent more on my account until this is resolved.
