This account was to be adjusted due to payments being late, as for my former spouse was the ONLY source of income at the time this account was late. According to the telephone conversation, during the month of Sept., 2014. Account was to be brought current, and any and all late fees, as well as credit reporting to be adjusted to reflect as "paid never late". let it be known, the account within the body of the attachments, is hereby under dispute, in accordance to section [redacted], of the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act). I expect a resolution in a timely manner. Thank you in advance.

The company stated that they will contact the credit reporting agencies on 7/**/2015 to remove the delinquencies. If this is true, then the matter will be resolved on 7/**/2015. If the matter remains unresolved after that date, I will contact Revdex.com to assist in the resolution.

When I talked to Citibank, they want me to make arrangement to pay them....I don't have any money and I need a place to live. I don't have any means of paying them, especially for something I never used. They messed up my credit.....

Unfortunately, that will still leave a balance of over a thousand dollars. These charges are all interest and deferred fiance charges. this is not accepatable. I want to pay what I owed on this account which was 300.00 dollars.

I had forgot that I even had used my [redacted] credit card so why would I check my balance if I didn't remember having one. Also when the citi bank tried contacting me by phone all they said was this is citi please call this number that was it. I did not know what citi was so I was not going call them back. They should have said this is concerning your [redacted] credit card I would have called them back, to me that is fraud on there part for not doing so. Also nothing in writing about this about not paying my bill.

At The time of the payment arrangements. I have phone Records of phone calls that Citi has made to me over 20 calls during that period of the payment arrangement. Citi claims that payment arrangement was done online that they could not find ANY records of any Phone calls Made. I saved all the Cell phone records of the phones calls some lasting up to 30 minutes. The letter from the Executive office stated there were no phone calls that discussed payment arrangements. My question to them was what else would the Citi Collections representative be talking to me about if it wasn't talking about how to get current on the account. Those 20 + calls in that 30 day time period, each time, was what can they do and I do to get caught up. The programs were discussed with me at least 10 times but hadn't decided yet, because I had just started new job. Once I decided I jumped on the Live Chat and then online to sign up. I can forward all of the Phone Records to Citi if they need proof that the phone calls did exist. Also the Response says that I asked for a Complete Cease and Desist. That is incorrect again. I asked that they stop calling me 4 times a day and do everything in WRITING since they seem to misplace phone records. They transfered me to the Escalation department and they said I will stop receiving phone call. 4 days go by ,and back to the 4 phone calls a day. Again talked to the Escalation Dept. they said that I did not tell them to stop calling (again more lies). This time they said they will stop all of it. I explained to her that everything needs to be in writing since Citi seems to misplace Phone Conversations and agreements to payment plans as well as asking no not call. I though the 4 days of Silence they did but then back again. I finally figured how to block the number because they still continued to call. Again those records are available for Citi to review which noone has said "Yes", they would like to see them! I do not think it is unreasonable, especially of what I have been through with Citi, to just request everything in writing. I'm sure they have nothing to hide.

There was no resolution offered to [redacted] regarding his complaint. Just a statement that he has been a valued customer for many years. The $85 original charge is now $185 with late fees. The bill was paid because my parents are so anxious about the continuing increase in charges. This is financial and emotional abuse in my opinion. [redacted]. As a business that aims to provide a positive cardholder experience, we endeavor to resolve all cardholder issues in a thorough and satisfactory manner. Upon review, Citi Prepaid Services determined that the issue encountered by [redacted]’s ATM transaction on April **, 2015 was the result the cardholder requesting a $50.00 withdrawal during the ATM transaction but an ATM transaction fee of $1.50 would have brought the available cash balance amount to less than $50.00. This prepaid card that you inquired about has associated ATM fees according to the terms and conditions of this card. While the cardholder was informed that there are fee free ways to access their funds per each donation, they are also informed that an ATM transaction is not one of these methods. Accordingly, An ATM withdrawal fee of $1.50 was charged on April **, 2015 and on April **, 2015. It has been determined that no unauthorized transactions have taken place on [redacted]’s account, as his transaction do not show any activity other than the ATM transactions referenced.
