The customer's issue has been resolved, and a letter has been mailed to the customer dated March **, 2016. The customer will receive his letter within 7-10 days, which will outline his resolution. We are unable to release the customer's information via the Revdex.com.

Citi obviously CHOSE to only listen to one of the many calls that I made to them.   They did nothing on their end to resolve this matter amicably.  They allowed the 8 days to pass, which required 0 effort on their part.   However,  I have moved my direct deposit from this lackluster institution to one who truly cares about customer satisfaction so this case may be closed!  No Thanks to Citibank.

To Whom It May Concern:
 
Citi® Prepaid Services received the complaint response submitted on January **, 2015 from [redacted] regarding a payment to his plasma prepaid card issued by Citi Prepaid Services on behalf of [redacted].  As a business that aims to provide a positive cardholder experience, we strive to resolve all cardholder issues in a thorough and satisfactory manner.
 
Citi Prepaid Services informed [redacted] that the $5.00 discrepancy between what [redacted] alleges that he was expecting from [redacted] and what was actually loaded to his prepaid card is a matter that he should take up with [redacted] Plasma Center. Citi Prepaid Services explained to him that it does not determine how much value is added to a card, but rather follows its client’s instructions regarding how much money is loaded to a cardholder’s prepaid card. Here, Citi Prepaid Services checked its records and verified that [redacted] directed it to load $55 to the prepaid card. While Citi Prepaid Services urged [redacted] to contact [redacted]/Plasma Center, it has separately notified [redacted] of [redacted]’s contention that he is owed an additional$5.00 by [redacted].  [redacted] expressed appreciation for that and understands that Citi cannot resolve this issue.   We will follow up with the payment center and provide any updates to [redacted].

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseI in fact did not receive any cards.  Citi stated I received one reimbursement card and not the other, that is untrue.  I am not sure how I am supposed to know that the cards expire after 6 months and that they are non-refundable after that point if I never received the cards with that information.  I am also wondering how I am supposed to know the replacement process when again, that information accompanies the cards that I never received.  I am still waiting for TWO rebate cards for $200 each that Citi never sent me.  I completed all of the steps I was supposed to complete and Citi failed to complete their part.  I did call back when called by Citi and continually received a voicemail.  I feel that Citi is being unfair by not sending the cards and then expecting me to know their process when I have been presented no information.  It is clear Citi is only out for profit which is why they are trying to withhold the rebate cards when I followed all appropriate steps to receive them.  Unfair and paints Citi in a very poor light.
