Better Business...

Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

 i have reviewed there response and I approve for the better buisnes bureau to mediate for me in this matter. I have been intimidated and harrassed  in this matter. My credidit and the loss of credit has beed effected. Even after them aknowledging I did nothing wrong  and not to call me about the collection of this matter they continued after I had spoken to management to stop the harrassing calling. I lost the credit card I applied for and one of my other credit cards reduced my credit. While they were investigating my case or the account take over by the salesperson they said they would stop reporting to the credit bureau, they continued.  I agreed to make payments  to stop the negative reporting and they said I was late before I could even send they could send the statement to me to make the payment and demanded 2 months payments after only one week of the phone call. i"m writing this on 9\**\14 at 4:38pm. this is my first notice time from the Revdex.com.  my loss of credit and the reduction of my credit by another one of my creditors far exceeds the collection amount their seeking along with the harrassement.

I received a phone call from a Citi representative only to explain why nothing further can be done with my dispute.  The agent offered nothing to resolve the complaint.  I still disagree with the explanation presented and I was made aware that no further attempt will be made to reach my satisfaction.

The response...

that Citibank provided is unsatisfactory and contains inaccurate information. Citibank refuses to acknowledge that they switched my statement delivery method from paper based to paperless without my consent and using misleading online practices. Customers need to be aware when browsing Citibank account management web site because they may inadvertently switch their statement delivery method because Citi will keep asking for this repeatedly as you navigate through your account and during log in and out process. In my case this led to a missed payment and after I cancelled paperless statements and they again switched me back to paperless using the same misleading online practices. My missed payment is not a reflection of my credit worthiness but rather the reflection of Citibank's poor treatment of consumers by forcing the switch to electronic statements at all costs. I maintain my request for Citibank to remove the missed payments associated with these activities from my credit agencies files as they do not represent accurate information about my credit worthiness.

I have never received a letter from this company in regards to anything on this complaint.  I will not accept this response from them at all.  As nothing has been changed or done from them to help resolve this issue.

 At no time did I tell anybody that the $55 was correct. What I said was that I was suppose to get $60 and only received $55. The rep took what I said and twisted it around to keep from paying the correct amount. Citi Bank kept sending me to the plasma center and the plasma center kept sending me back to Citi Bank.

I was sent a written letter still stating that I have delinquent accounts which I don't have have proof of and that my FICO score was low, which it is not! I am sick of them telling lies like this. They denied me an increase stating the same thing but I got an account with [redacted] bank. These people have horrible business practices as well as customer service

Citi once again is not clear as to how this will happen. Call, text, letter?
