The above statement is 100% false! I have not been contacted by Citi in any way, shape or formIf they claim to have done so, they are lyingI even went and checked my spam folders to see if I missed an email from themThey have not sent me anything and I have not received any phone calls, PLUS I do not have voice mail so it is impossible to leave me a messageAs I mentioned before when I have called and spoken to Citi's outsourced customer service representatives, they mention phantom and ghost chargesWhich make absolutely no senseIn fact they cannot even explain their own actions, as they don't make sense, even as they attempt to explain them they don't make senseThey are completely fictitious excuses for mistakes THEY made, and continue to make to this dayAs I sated before I need to have ALL of the and predatory decline fees reversed, as well as the charges mentioned in my initial complaintWhere I did not receive goods or services that I had paid forIf the named party wishes to contact me then they will need to send me an EMAIL or a letter to my physical addressThe nature of the card and the numerous charges and the lack of genuine customer service and accountability is predatory in nature and I believe borders on the illegalI am still waiting for complaint/issues to be resolved

The business's response says "We will respond directly to the customer within the next 7-business days" As of January **, there has been no communication from anyone in the Executive Response Unit of the Office of the *** of Citicorp Credit Services, Inc(USA) The account referred to in this complaint was paid in full in December In contrast to the difficulty of getting a meaningful reply from this unit, Citi had no trouble accepting a check for $4,in interest from the daughter of the account holder
